Severe food poisoning

Not good to choose for delivery!! Very very bad experience from the staff in the mother and baby unit. The birth unit and assessment room nurses are very friendly and supportive. But I didn't realize real devils are there in the mother and baby unit. I hate to remember those days only CZ of the bad nurses who pretend they r there for the sick clients. I also belong to this noble profession. In my 6-year experience, I have never seen such bad nurses. I won't blame the entire team cz don't want to blame innocent nurses, got bad experiences from the nurses who worked on Aug 19 n 20 in 2021, in that mother and baby unit. I was kind enough not to report them to CNO. But do not recommend this hospital to anyone for the most precious periods in their life. They will spoil the joy of the moment and will make u sad and unvalued!

Very busy.. But all tried to help me.. All people great EXCEPT 1 Doctor... Not going to mention his name but you will know when you deal with him.. Terrible Doctor.. Be cautious

Garbage hospitals, beaucracy at trillium

Great maternity ward with excellent care taken. Triage nurses don’t listen attentively and messed up my symptoms on the paperwork (only caught when I took a quick look before handing them over). They also sent me to the wrong waiting area. That’s why they lost a star.Doctors are nice and so were nurses. Very caring too. Put an IV in when taking blood to avoid time wasted if doctor ordered medication.
