This business is fantastic! They were all very helpful and knowledgeable in answering our questions when we were thinking of buying a hot tub. Once we decided on the best tub for our needs they were extremely accommodating at having it delivered and set up. They are always just a text away if I need advice on water balancing or any other related issues. Would recommend for anyone looking to buy a hot tub to check them out and see for yourself how great this local family run business is.

I was reviewing hot tubs (new and used) for 9 months. When I was planning on making a purchase, I went to all the providers in Saskatoon and did a comparison between makes and models. There are multiple brands offered in Saskatoon. I sat in as many of the hot tubs as I could (with no water) and tested 6 different tubs around the city that had water in them. We had our decision narrowed down to two different brands. One was at Backyard Living but it didn't have any water in it. Sheryl knew I was interested in that model and found an opportunity for me to try a used unit (returned on consignment) of that model and filled it with water for us. This sold me on that product! She went above and beyond.All of the prices are visible at Backyard Living so you can browse through the store and not feel pressured. Some stores gave me the feeling that the price was negotiable and may vary on what information about yourself i may have volunteered. If you were just doing a price/quality comparison check, it is easy.Backyard Living provides water sample checks so when you need product, you can bring a sample and have it checked as you purchase what you need. This service provides confirmation that you are doing proper maintenance. If you can't provide proper maintenance for your purchase, Backyard Living can provide you a service for that. The delivery, installation and teaching provided was great. Total set-up/training and electrical install was around 2.5 hours and in the hot tub that night.

It is clear the owners are passionate about their business. Backyard Living Center carries hot tubs made to perform in our cold Canadian winters - I like that. Questions about water quality? How to maintain and care for your spa? Sheryl has experience! Aaaaand now they have saunas and glamping pods too... every time I visit their facility, I seem to learn something new about how these products can benefit my life and improve my health.

Sheryl and Matthew at Backyard Living Center provide quality service second to none. They are very knowledgeable and offer great prices on quality hot tubs and saunas. I love the vibe in their store!

So we bought a used tub off friends of ours. I went to a few places to get quotes and information on moving or maintenance of the tub. It was hard to get much out of most places as most sales people kinda brushed you off when you say you already had a tub. Not Sheryl though, she was so good in explaining everything and helping getting us all the information we needed. On top of that she was like a hype person, she seemed as excited if not more then we were to be getting a hot tub.Now our move was complicated with the road it was coming from being closed and Matthew was great. I think this move took a bit longer and more out of him then he expected. I did give him a heads up that it was going to be tough, he was great and helped us get it all set up and answered all the questions we had before they left.I don’t think I have done many reviews before, but this place deserves it. Fantastic people and great service.

We've had a wonderful experience with Sheryl and Matthew. They helped us find the tub that was right for us. They personally delivered and setup it up, explained how everything works and how to properly maintain the water. This is our first tub and had lots to learn. They consistently go above and beyond whenever we've had questions. We look forward to many years enjoying our tub and working with Sheryl and Matthew.

Can not recommend Backyard Living enough! Sheryl and Mathew are amazing to deal with. They came out to measure our hot tub for a hot tub lid, checked the life of our hot tub, and gave us an honest opinion on the best lid to get to match the life of our hot tub. They also discovered we had white algae, and within the same day, we had a printed easy to understand step by step formula as to how to solve the problem and make sure it never happened again. If we had had this direction when we first became owners of a hot tub, it would have never seemed so daunting. I will never go to anyone else for advice again - Backyard Living has our business for life.

We wanted to buy a hot tub where we knew we had great support after it was installed - Sheryl and Matt provide wonderful supportive after sales service. Sheryl helps with water care, making sure we are putting the correct chemicals in and is available by text to answer any questions. The whole install went very smoothly due to their knowledge they passed to us to prep - we previously did not know how to prepare. We are in tub every day - best buy we’ve made in years.
