Adam was by far the best travel agent. He spoke to me on the phone for nearly an hour explaining everything I needed to know about my trip in great detail. He responds quickly and got me the best price with my dream destination St.Lucia. He was very informative about all of the COVID-19 restrictions and steps required to travel. I also signed up for the travel cancellation insurance and COVID insurance. I lost half a trip when COVID first hit Canada and was worried sick to travel again. He even got my flight credit back that my previous travel agency company was unable to assist me in. Adam has helped me feel stress free about my upcoming holiday.He is very knowledgeable with the travel industry. He went above and beyond to make our trip planning a brease. Oh and he even made us a document for our fridge. He is such a nice guy. So easy to talk with.I highly recommend Adam as a travel agent a 100 times !!!!
