We were driving from Vancouver Island to Edmonton when we noticed that the AC wasn't working after we got off the ferry. It was 30+ degrees! Enroute we stopped at several service stations, only to be told they were too busy and wouldn't be able to even take a look for a week or more! We stopped in Clearwater and asked at one service station with the same response. Chatting with a local man at the grocery store he suggested TNT. We pulled onto their parking lot but weren't feeling hopeful as they were very busy, however on speaking with one of the mechanics, Rob, he said he would take a look and quickly discovered the problem. The office ordered the necessary part and Rob installed it the next day in the extreme heat. They went above and beyond to help us and were very helpful not only with vehicle, but told us where we could camp that night. We are so grateful to TNT, a well run business with great staff that obviously value good customer service and their customers!

The staff at TNT provided friendly, honest service. Our brakes started to rumble coming down Little Fort hill so we stopped in before making our way to Edmonton. They advised us that we would be fine to get home, whereas they could have easily got us to pay for all new brakes. Would definitely recommend them to everyone! Thank you TNT!

Came in thinking I needed a new starter motor and the bro just had a played around with my battery connections and fixed it up in 10min. Could of easily ripped me off but but chose just to help out. Bloody legends, thanks a bunch

Terrence and his wife are very lovely and helpful. I had an emergency repair on my brakes and even though they were incredibly busy, they pushed hard to complete repairs for me so I could return to work as quickly as possible. I am a long ways from home, so it really meant a lot to find such kind and trustworthy help. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Vehicle broke down. Stopped in at tnt and they checked the vehicle and found engine problem. Terrance phoned dealer and got it covered under warranty. Very great full for the excellent service. Definitely would recommend anyone to patronize this bussiness.
