Have tried calling to get a hold of Dr. Karen Chu to update her on a procedure I am having and nobody has returned my calls and she seems to not even be here anymore. Their website also has been down for weeks now. Not sure what is going on.

I called Dr. Karen Chu’s office and reached her medical office assistant who was incredibly rude and condescending. She kept cutting me off and then hung up on me. I DO NOT recommend this clinic.
