Kokumi Mini Hot Pot

I liked the simplicity of a small menu and the personal sized hotpot. It just loses 1-star because it's not the best tasting hotpot but it's also not too bad.

Very nice food. The pot stays boiling for a while once you have it, the restaurant was so hot because of all the heat boiling. Not very strong soup flavor and that’s perfect to taste the flavor of each ingredient

Underwhelming. The concept of having your own mini hotpot is good, but the flame dies really quickly, so if you order udon with your soup, you will need to as for them to relight it for the udon to fully cook.Ordered the bone broth with premium beef. The soup was tasty but you can tell it’s from powder.Felt like Dagu but with your own flame and everything is already in the pot for you.They do have a good variety of soup bases, some are extra cost (but I think they are all packaged soup bases you can get at the Asian super market).

I love the concept of having your own mini hotpot. The price is great and the food is tasty. You get to pick you own protein, soup base, and carb. Some options cost extra. The side stuff like vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, etc come in it already. You do have the option to add more sides and i recommend adding a rice or extra noodles as they give you very little. The reason for 4 stars is because the customer service was poor. We received the wrong soup and also the wrong size. We waited a very long time for our food to come out and even my fire went out before I even received my udon noodles for the hotpot. There was only 1 waiter for the whole store and he was working as hard as he could. Although, there was another worker, not sure if she was the owner or another waitress but she would just sit at the table and watch videos knowing the store was busy and people were waiting for their food. She would only get up and help the store when she felt like it. Many tables were left with dirty dishes that needed to be put away. Overall, I would like to go back and try this place again as the food and price is good but hopefully the customer service will be better next time.

Very delicious! Love the ability to customize your personal hotpot. You can pick your protein, soup base, carb, and add-on toppings. Portion sizes are good, pricing is very reasonable.It was busy when I went and I think the restaurant would benefit from additional servers (there was only one when I went)

I love hot pot and came across Kokumi as I was walking. They offer individual fondues, with a large selection of soup bases, though many of the soups, meat options, and additional veggies are extra charges, which adds up quickly. It ended up being a bit pricier than it originally seemed.Everything comes already in the pot, so you can just wait for it to boil and start eating. It was yummy and service was good. There are tables and seating for single guests which was nice.

Clean and spacious spot with tables for singles and small groups (up to 4). This is the place you want to go when you’re craving something like hot pot but don’t want to go for all you can eat. Menu is a la carte with the small and large portion differing in 200g of the chosen meat.

Big portions for a mini hot pot. Really well priced. Good service. Would recommend!

Service was great, good was great! Price was very reasonable. I realize now that they put everything in the pot for you when it comes, such that you're not actually cooking - it's just that your cauldron is heated up as you eat it... I'd rather that I get to cook it to be honest, because everything was overflowing when the heat was on and you can't control the heat either... Not sure why this is the case, is it a fear of people eating raw things that cause illness, and thus risk of slander? I dunno. I just know that my pot was so full out was a little stressful trying to get things under control! Bowls were needed to maneuver items around; don't be afraid to ask!
