Went in there to do some Christmas shopping and had asked them to look at one of my rings, the lady who helped me in there I'm pretty sure she was Asian was giving me dirty looks basically tossed my ring at me over the counte. Made me feel like she was very annoyed with my being there and asking for assistance when looking at some necklaces I was thinking about purchasing for my wife, overall made me very uncomfortable and felt very unwelcome the entire time I was in there. I really wanted to purchase a diamond necklace that I seen in there but I let my pride get in the way and left because of the way I was made to feel while I was there I felt I couldn't support that business

They are absolutely amazing. After my grandparents passed away. I inherited a coocoo clock from them. Except that it wasnt working. The chain was wrapped around the gears inside it, plus it needed some other work. I brought it to Bocian, and they got it working again. It did take quite awhile, but it still works today. Thank you guys for helping to keep the memories of my late grandparents alive. One tick at a time.

Went into the store to get my ring sized. When I got it back a mth later I might add they switched my diamond to a lower grade diamond. Very shady business and do not recommend
