9/10 Went in to ensure it was made properly (lesson one of the subway code). Man was pleasant, well mannered. Did toast it when I asked not to but may have been the mask. Actually obsessed with SunChips. It’s a problem.

Extremely good service by Sahil. I have never expected such a good service in subway since having bad experiences all time on other locations. Definitely, this will be my frequent visit location from now on.

Honestly one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. The owner is such a sweet guy, had a conversation with him the whole time and made me feel so welcomed! Definitely will now be my go to subway! Such kind people working here, definitely recommend this spot

This subway is my favourite one in Hamilton. I drive passed the one near my house to come to this one. The staff is very friendly and the place is always very clean . Most importantly, the staff always wash their hands before putting on gloves to make your sandwich. This is a huge deal for me and I noticed other places have poor hygiene. Who ever is training the staff here is doing a great job and your staff are doing amazingly. Highly recommend this subway location.

Came here a week ago. Ordered a meatball, and a Canadian club. The lil miss cutie that made my subs was an artist. They were perfect in every way. This will be my new Subway go to.

Usually order a subway melt. Not offered on line. So frustrating. Ordered a pizza sub instead. Worst sub ever!!!. No cheese. Minimal, and I mean minimal, sauce. Little pepperoni. Hot as hell. Stale bread.Will never eat at subway again!

If I could make it, no stars, I would. Price of making it a combo did not match the register. The girl would not honour the change. She said she can’t change the register. Not right. It’s so expensive as it is. And when we got to the table to eat, none of the tables were washed.

Just had a heated ham and cheese Really enjoyed ... air conditioning on a really hot day a bonus..Nice place, clean and then the personable staff. A great experience.

I found the girl not friendly at all. I said hello and greeted her nicely and she seemed to be in a bad mood. When I said sorry no onions she threw them away irritated. The whole time she just was stand offish right till the end. Food was great as always!
