Spousal buyouts can be stressful... Unless you have a legal team that is a little bit more than lawyers and a little bit less than clinical therapists. I had a great experience with Joe Canavan and Gloria Gillis who went out of their way to ensure a smooth and fast completion of my case (including working on a long weekend!). I would confidently recommend them to my friends and family.

No time for small matters! Active file dragged out over a year and have to wait 2 months to get a phone call returned.

Contacted this office over a week ago via their online contact form with a legitimate request for their services. They haven't even replied.Seemed like they may have been a good fit for our current legal needs but this is already off to a bad start. Can't recommend and will have to go elsewhere for assistance.My advice to this office, don't have an online contact option if you can't even bother to reply. Rude, unhelpful and just wasting people's time.

When it comes to house purchases gp else where. The person we got didnt know about including property taxes in your mortgage which is common place and has been for years and she never mentioned about 4 different costs that would be coming out of our pocket after purchase because she was knew they would come back to bite us on but they are in my statement of accounts which has yet to reach me over 2 weeks after the purchase. Always good to be sidetracked by yet another cost adujustedment. She thinks it's acceptable that the costs got adjusted off our mortgage rate but didnt seem to care that it still meant WE had to pay it out of pocket to make up for it not being included in the mortgage price. Save your money and save yourself the headache go elsewhere.
