I've known Steph for a number of years now, she's a very kind and patient groomer. Dogs always look great, and leave happy, as well as their people. I never worry about mine, or anyone's dogs being treated poorly! She is diplomatic and fair, even when tested with the things we as groomers see and deal with on a daily basis.

Absolutely rude and confrontational, has no customer service skills whatsoever. Aggressive and hostile woman!!Now you have asked me to take down review- that won’t be happening- I didn’t say it was Friday- I dropped in and the way I was treated was horrendous - you most certainly were involved- kind of a strange response!

My dog has much anxiety getting groomed. Steph always gets him in and out with the least stress possible. She does a fabulous job on my elderly 15 year old doggie. Always easy to make an appointment and she does a fabulous job!

*****FIVE STARS*****Our pupper always smells so nice when he gets home from his grooming.His fur feels soft and clean, and you can tell that he had a good time!Steph definitely cares a lot about animals and she puts their health and wellness first when working with them.I also respect and appreciate that Steph takes the time to educate me about what I can do in between groomings to help keep my pup as happy and comfortable as possible. She’s simply the best!!
