Brandon installed hardwood flooring in our main bedroom and we are very pleased with his work. All of the fittings at door frames and transitions are seamless and we didn't require paint touch ups. Brandon even worked late to finish the job on time as promised. Thank you!

Brandon from Flatwater is amazing. His suggestions for vinyl laminate at our clinic not only look great but have saved us now on 2 occasions! We had some plumbing problems and a leaky fridge and the floors were water proof as he said and no damage occurred. Brandon and his team are the best. I hired them to refinish my floors, which included installing flooring where I removed some walls. The floors look AMAZING, the wood he found to patch the areas without flooring match the 30 year old wood perfectly and look incredible. On top of it all, his team are consummate professionals. They left no mess, even plugged my dryer back in after I unplugged it for their machine. Truly incredible service, my only regret is I have no more floors for him to work on.Thank you Brandon!

Brandon from Flatwater installed cork flooring in our new condo. The floors look spectacular. Brandon was knowledgeable, very skilled, and navigated our strata rules like a pro. Brandon is very transparent when it comes to cost and the various options worth considering. He’s had a look at two of my properties which are currently rented to provide guidance and advice on what it would cost to refinish vs replace the hardwood. He’s also mentioned that he could possibly stretch my carpet out which is fraying in the ends rather than replace it entirely. When the time comes to move forward with our plans to renovate, I’ll be calling Flatwater Floor and Tile.
