Simply For Life Woodstock
I have been with Simply For Life in Woodstock since 2007 this is a great place, Brent and Wendy work well with their clients. I recommend SFL to everyone for weight loss and maintaining after losing your weight.

Love SFL Woodstock! I just finished a 3 month program during which I lost a little over 20lbs and changed my life. The weekly meetings with Brent were integral to my success and I cannot express how important accountability and having a cheerleader is. Definitely recommend the take home meals as well!
