My car got into accident, and these guys did an unbelievable job! Bodywork is excellent, and the paint job is immaculate! Turn around time was quick and I was given a nice courtesy car to use while my car was getting fixed.The staff was very professional and pleasant to work with. I would definitely come back to get my car fixed here next time and would also highly recommend anyone to get their car fixed here.These guys know what they're doing and take pride in their work. An absolute amazing experience. I brought my Porsche to them after a mishaps and the repair job was flawless. Perfect paint and repair. You can't even tell that any work was done. I highly recommend this shop for any type of work. They have mechanics and autobody techs. The service was great and they always kept me updated on the status of the work. Everyone should go here; they are the silver lining to a cloudy auto accident.

I recently had a fender bender and took my 2006 impreza sti to their shop to get the rear bumper repaired through an icbc claim. I saw all the great reviews and so i took it to Second look. when i got my car back, the paint job wasn't the same shade as the rest of the car and the rear bumper fitment was way off and didn't line up properly. I actually had to take it off and straighten it out myself. I let this go, thinking its not gonna be perfect. However upon further inspection. I found bubbling in the paint and after taking off my mud flaps to wash the car, I found sections that they cut corners on and didnt even paint/repair. Unacceptable!Truth is, I couldve taken my car to any shop, it was an ICBC claim. Money wasnt an issue. I wanted my car to be taken car of. I chose Second look Autobody but it was a terrible decision on my part and I regret it. They cut corners thinking I wouldnt notice. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who loves their cars.

Got rear ended pretty badly and didn't know who to contact or what the do. Luckily the staff at Second Look Autobody were very helpful! They helped me understand who to contact and what to do with ICBC.They did an amazing job fixing my car. The paint job is perfect! Location is very easy to get to and the staff are very friendly and organized.Staff communication is excellent. They explained step by step how the procedure would work and was very accommodating. The courtesy car I used was clean and I felt safe driving it.

I absolutely had the best service and quality of work, Ever on my car, from Second Look Autobody in Richmond this summer on my Mustang. My regular shop, which I fully trusted, and had used over the last 15 years, had closed due to the Covid situation, and I needed a small ding in my front bumper repaired, so I had to find a New Home shop, which is never fun, and always a gamble. This time I made a good bet on Second Look Autobody in Richmond. My car is my daily driver, and is parked on the street, in the summer sunshine, all day, so I was very concerned about the Color Match on my bumper to the rest of the car once repaired. Metallic paints can be tricky once faded. It was done absolutely Perfectly. All the work was far above my expectations, but not only that, my car came back to me completely detailed and sparkling, they adjusted my head light, they put a couple drops of paint over a bubble on my hood, they did a great job on my Mustang. It was also the atmosphere and friendly staff as well, relaxed, straight forward, very warm and put me at ease, they dealt with all the paper work, they did ICBC for me, all of it was taken care of. The quality of service I received is of note. This is a Family run business, a good one. I didnt feel worried, there was open communication, nothing was hidden, it was all easy and I was totally taken care of, all for just a bumper bump. I wait Months to post this review, I wanted to make sure that paint stayed as great as day one, and it has, I've posted a close up of the paint match here. Its a perfect visit to the autobody shop for me and my car, and I will Highly encourage anyone who has a problem with their car to drop by and visit a great and under rated, family run business. They’ve done numerous body repairs for many high end vehicles, which in itself proves their workmanship. Their staffs are super friendly and would ensure you’re completely satisfied with the repairs!
