Green Diamond Lawncare and Snow Removal

Super unreliable. I am not the one to leave reviews, but literally after each “snow removal” job they do, I have to go clean after them. Either do a decent job or don’t bother. We’ve had this issue since last year, yet nothing has changed.We shouldn’t have to squeeze around just to use our doorway nor have to shovel after each “snow removal”Pictures were taken shortly after your service.

This company doesn’t remove snow in a timely matter and always have to call to try and get them so i can get to work When work is done not a very good job they take so long snow is packed on drivewayTheir promise of QUICK AND RELIABLE SERVICE IS A MYTHWorst of all when we bring up issues they use profanities in front of my young children not very professional

Had snow removal done, they came out and completed it same day - quick, well done, and great value. Would reccomend!

I paid for the entire summer upfront to have my lawn mowed bi-weekly, but I noticed my yard starting to become very overgrown. Definitely more than two weeks of growth. I called to find out when the last time they had mowed my yard was and after the owner followed up with his workers, he said my dogs were in the yard last time they came to mow. He said the workers left a note on my front door (I never found one) and called me (I’m not sure if or when they did. I never received a call or a voicemail if I missed a call). The owner was very rude and condescending and even swore at me several times. He told me it was my fault because my dogs were outside and not his problem. I feel like more effort could have been done on the part of the company to ensure I received the service that I paid a significant amount of money for. I found the owner to be extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend or use their service again.

The business gave a reasonable price for an one-time snow removal service. They didn't ask for a crazy price in the case of a heavy snow fall when some businesses did. They arrived on time and did a high quality job! I highly recommend the business.

They were easy to talk to. Understood what I needed and did the work very fast. They also came on short notice.

I was referred to Green Diamond Lawn Care by my brother who got a number of trees removed from his property. Mike and the guys at GDL came out and took down an approximately 80 foot evergreen from my front yard. They did a great job, got everything cleaned up quickly and left my yard looking better than ever. 10/10 would recommend.

Hired this company for snow removal for the winter and paid upfront (a significant price increase from previous years). They have only came once without being contacted first. When they are contacted, they either say they have completed it already (which they have not), their voicemail is full or they do not respond back to multiple texts and messages. Each time I have contacted the owner, he gets more rude and dismissive. Not impressed by this company and would not recommend.
