I just bought a new cell phone from a young man named Mark. I am a senior citizen and technology is intimidating. He was polite and patient and very knowledgeable about the phone. I would recommend Koodo.

Went to the Chatham Koodo location for a change of address and noticed a new promotion. Was advised to upgrade online and if I can't to call Customer Service, which I ended up having to do. Turns out it's an in-store only promo. If you like getting the runaround, Koodo is for you. This is just one example of my terrible experiences. I'll be going back to Virgin. My wife got a free tablet from them. Koodo doesn't compensate for their screw-ups, they play the blame game and point the finger at each other.

Wouldn't recommend going here. The store manager, RYAN, has an absolute rotten attitude... Showed up 15 minutes before close to pay my bill and he gave me a runaround about how his systems won't work that close to closing time, and when I told him that's not true (because my phone was set up at 6:30pm, 30 minutes after close) he decided to have a power trip and refuse my services. Never been so frustrated with bad customer service in my life.Unfortunately all the other staff that work there, and even the temps from London, are absolutely phenomenal people. Perhaps a shuffling of management is needed...
