My mom Laurie Beresnak asked me to post this review for her (she does not have a google account): I have been a lower limb client at Troppman Prosthetics for more than ten years. The staff is friendly, attentive to my needs, and they treat me like family. They keep up to date with the latest technology and have recently recommended, then fit me, with products that have improved my function substantially. I have not been an easy client to fit, but they have patiently spent as much time as was needed to make sure I'm comfortable and have the best function possible. They have made walking prostheses and recreational prostheses for me, all of which have made my life much better. I am so grateful for Troppman Prosthetics!

I have been a long time patient at this clinic and must say: to the atmosphere, to the staff and ownership really make this a great place to go. All the of the staff and ownership really make you feel at home by getting to know you on personal level to make you feel like family.Cheers,Faisel

As a long time amputee, I have worked with a number of people over the years and I find the service and attitude at Troppman Prosthetics to be top notch in every way. The service starts from the friendly greetings upon arrival and continues on through to the attentive service in the treatment room. The techs are very good listeners and they are also very good at remembering personal preferences in regards to the hardware they are supplying. My situation is a little different as I am not always in Canada but that only allows Troppman staff to show how far they will go to provide excellent customer service. They have forwarded warranty replacement parts to Bangkok, Thailand for me and followed it up with phone calls, at their expense, to ensure that satisfaction was attained! Completely above and beyond what had to be done, but that is just another of the things that puts them at the top of the heap...

Not sure about that Cory guy. But totally feel the same as the rest of you. Randy along with his caring crew long term and newly staffed. Have always been very kind, caring, understanding, and most of all available to myself for the past 10 years. I personally am from a very remote area when it comes to prosthetics so i must say i am very greatful for the services and level of compassion i have received at troppman. Thank you all so much and personally don't regret the choice I made in choosing this group from the list I had to choose from.

I have been going to see Randy for the last ten years up until last year, I never knew there were many options for a person with a Van Ness rotationplasty so when I moved here from BC to Alberta I went and seen Randy, Randy is a great guy, comes across very nice and sincere, but the legs that they build are terrible , I never knew this until I went to another prosthetist and found out that the legs that Randy had been building me were destroying my back and other leg. I have a new leg with another prosthetist in Edmonton and it has been a life changing experience. I would advise anyone with a van Ness rotationplasty to steer clear of Randy, he's a nice guy, but he is a terrible leg builder

I became an amputee in August of 2015 due to an MVA. After the dust settled and I was on the road to recovery and the potential to walk again was becoming a reality. I started doing research and interviewing various Prostetic companies around Edmonton.I chose TROPPMAN Prostetics as my go to people. The environment is friendly, professional and they make you feel like family. They are always looking for ways to improve both their services and ways to improve their patients comfort and fit of the Prostetics. It's never easy once a person losses a limb, but Troppmans tries to do what they can to make you as comfortable as they can. Each person's situation is different and one needs to be flexible and Troppmans is definitely that, are you?Troppmans works hard In staying in tune to what's new in technology and how it can be applied to you.In some cases Troppmans has even attended some of my doctor's appointments and even attended some of my physio appointments, I call that dedication and yes some times perseverance on their part.
