He is very very gentle, polite with good ethical nature and ready to help anyone, who ask for help, even if he has to go out of his way.He is well educated and shares his education to others. I used this accountant for 3 years and I absolutely do not recommend them. They consistently delivered my return at the latest possible moment (literally hours before the deadline) even though I gave them all my information in a timely and organized manner. They also made careless, sloppy errors, like marking me as single on my return when I'd explicitly told them I was married. For whatever reason, I put up with them until they informed me that they'd made a huge mistake on my returns every year I'd filed with them. Basically, I'd been required to provide certain information with my return and had never done so because they hadn't informed me of the requirement (I know nothing about Canadian tax code...I thought that's what I was paying an accountant for). Very luckily, I wasn't audited, but I had to go back and amend all the returns. This took a huge amount of time on my part, made more frustrating by the fact they kept giving incomplete, incorrect instructions about the information I needed. They charged me over $1,000 to amend the returns that they screwed up and never provided any apology or explanation at all. The kicker was when I went to pay them the $1,000+ fee, they asked me not to put it on my credit card so they could save the transaction fee! If you have a really simple return, they might be fine but in that case just go to H&R block and save some money. There are much better accountants in this city who actually want and care about your business.
