Exceptional location and service at this hotel. All staff very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Great breakfast. Pet friendly. We always come back here.

Overall svc is good; except one of the elevator not working; not very convenience and the pool is too small, odd shape. The front desk should mentioned the restaurant next door required reservations.

As soon as you walk through the sliding doors, the staff is waiting for you with a greeting smile. The staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, charismatic and willing to go above and beyond for you… it makes you feel like you’re at home.The kindness of the staff goes a long way.It’s the little details and mannerisms that make the difference and I truly hope that they don’t feel like it goes unnoticed. From when I check in to check out, the promptness, punctuation and consideration that goes into their language, it’s undeniable.The rooms are very well kept and no complaints at all. From top to bottom - all hands on deck and it shows.This hotel is one of a kind. Rooms are great and the staff is even better.Would highly recommend this place in Sydney every time, I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else.It’s not always easy going away for work for periods of time but when you do, the staff makes it so much easier.I can not stress enough how welcoming, friendly, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to make the difference. Everyone that works here should be very proud of themselves because it shows.Thank you a million times over, the biggest and littlest things don’t go unnoticed!Best place to stay in NS, not even close.

We booked this hotel for our wedding night as we really were in love with the idea of the whirlpool tub. The room itself was beautiful but I was disappointed that we paid as much as we did for 1 night and didn't receive anything complimentary, (not that it was require but just that the staff didn't really seem to care it was our wedding night.) The whirlpool tub did discharge some yucky stuff when it was originally started but when the tub was drained and we tried again it was clean. The breakfast was good although there was no where near enough seating and we ended up sitting off in a corner that looked like it was set up for people to use their laptops. It was a nice night, just had some higher expectations.

The staff is amazing! All the front desk staff (especially Mitch and Mark and Manny) were exceptional. The breakfast staff (especially Melanie(?) and Elvira) were incredibly kind and friendly. Our work crew was welcomed with open arms. The rooms were quiet, nice and so clean. The beds are lovely and the rooms spacious. The restaurant is really good as well. Great place to stay and close to lots of amenities!

Hotel was decent, nothing bad to report. Comfy rooms with comfy beds. There was only 1 elevator working.Not much is open late in Sydney area, but we had Kenny’s pizza delivered.Plenty of parking but we had to park in the back because I think there was something going on at the convention center it was attached to.Some guests have no brains, we were pushing a luggage cart and this group of a few ladies and their teenagers wouldn’t move.Breakfast was good, you have your classic Hilton hot breakfast components; cinnamon and vanilla waffles, cheese omelette, breakfast meat (ham for this hotel), I believe they had potatoes. They also have 3 types of cereal, and 3 different juices. They offer yogurt, oatmeal and muffins.

We usually stay at the Simon but the last few times we were not impressed so we thought we would try the Hamptons out and they definitely impressed. From check-in the staff was super informative about the hotel and the surrounding area. The room was amazing the size of the room was awesome and was super clean. Would recommend 10/10 keep up the good work!

I enjoyed this property....Why? The staff was one of the best I've seen in a property for quite sometime. The desk crew were great, the breakfast crew were better. The property was very, very clean and the rooms had everything a person could need.Breakfasts were hot, and good for me. Loved it.The only downfall was the storm that came in and it's a bit out of the way in heavy snow, but Membertou Chicken and Deli, just up the street were there to help.Thanks for making my Sydney stay fun and [productive.

The hotel was clean. Service was friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The TV was HUGE. There was a decent fitness center, a pool, with a massive waterslide, and best of all, FREE BREAKFAST! There were waffle machines, with blueberry waffle batter. The location is out of the city, however, you should always check google maps before booking so i don't consider that a detriment towards the quality of the hotel. Overall, great quality for the price!
