Car looked better in person than it did on the site. They list every imperfection and have a detailed Carfax and vehicle history to look through. Great experience! We were given a fair quote on our used vehicle. It had a few imperfections, which we noted before we got the quote. Being the skeptics that we are, we thought they had just quoted us a good price to draw us in, only to have them lower their offer after an inspection, but we were pleased when they stuck with their original offer. The process was incredibly smooth. Really competitive prices and hassle free process.Chad delivered the car, on time. He was really nice and friendly. Dropped off the new car and picked up the trade-in (also really well valued).The next day, I took the car out and found out there was a glass chip on the driver's window. I contacted Clutch and even though glass is not covered by the warranty they agreed that it was something pre-existing that should have been addressed before delivery. Brendan was very professional and helpful throughout the process.I took the car to get the window replaced and I received the reimbursement within 2 days.I also noticed that the trunk handle was missing and Clutch sent me the piece in the mail to install on the car.They are very, very professional and honest. I would 100% recommend.

Although I still find it odd purchasing a vehicle without a test drive, the 10 day (or 750km) no questions asked return policy for 100% refund eased my mind. Great customer service, friendly staff and great selection of vehicles. Would recommend without hesitation.

Needed more room and wanted a vehicle with less km as I travel a lot for my girls cheerleading. We bought the vehicle for 33K and the front seat heat was broken and it wasn’t mentioned in inspection report.But, I put 5 star and will explain the reason.The process to get vehicle is easy, we got fair price for our old vehicle.Clutch submitted all necessary paperwork, so I did all application online.Customer support is superior!I communicated with Christian Volfson and Brendan Raghabir.That people making Clutch is the best company ever.I had superior, fast and effective communication and support.Clutch paid all expenses related to repair of seat heating.So, they simply missed broken seat heating, but they provided excellent support and paid everything.Thank you Clutch!
