We ordered a quiet a few number of wraps. When the order was served it it was without any marking of which wrap was which. We had to figure it out and their was one wrap Missing so we went back to the serving counter to ask the prep person. He replied us with the rudness and no sort of customer service and reply he completed the order, not try to understand and service us.

I want to love my hometown Timmies but it is a constant disappointment. Often incorrect order given at window and today when I noticed the wrong donut was given to me,, I asked for the correct one and was told it was already punched in for inventory and could not be rectified?? Terrible service and grumpy hosts.

Placed an order at the drive thru. They made a mistake on a coffee. Hey, it happens. Despite their mistake they were trying to charge me again for the coffee they should of made right the first time not to mention this is costing my company company time. I had to be stern to get the coffee remade with no charge.

the staff here are extremely rude they only care about their times and not the customers! they even made simple food wrong. i’m not one to normally write reviews or complain but they are so disrespectful

The Monday evening shift is so lazy and incompetent, and have an attitude. Please see the image attached for proof. There are ZERO baked goods, bagels, Timbits or donuts. A few food scraps available. Avoid this location in the evenings at the least.

I bought a coffee here in March. And it was full of coffee grinds. I'm not from the area and a few coffee grinds is fine however the bottom of my cup was FULL of coffee grinds and I had to throw away a bit of my coffee as I couldn't stand it!!! I will not be returning to this location. The photo shows what was left in my cup after dumping it. However coffee grinds were also dumped out this is what remained

Was there around 7 pm today. That employee must have hated his job so much. Very unwelcoming service. Didn’t have any pastry’s. Over heated chocolate croissant and Served stale americano(not sure how it was possible)

Ordered a small regular, tasted like watery leftover coffee. Not recommended. The reviews about rudeness checks out, as well. Sunday evening order, for reference.

I understand it gets busy, especially during cottage/camping season, but there is no reason for the ladies room to be so dirty and without supplies. We have patronized this location for at least 13 years but after having to stop for an emergency bathroom break for my 3 year old daughter, never again. No toilet paper, clogged sink, garbage and water all over the floor (no wet floor sign of course, health and safety anyone?). And not a single person took the time to acknowledge my concern when I approached the counter to let them know that the toilet paper needed refilling (at the least). Incredibly frustrating - do better.
