Not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES in a row my order has been screwed up. Ordered a caramel macchiato and literally got steamed milk. Never going back to this location, would much rather the Starbucks a few blocks away. $5 for steamed milk is bs.

A nice Starbucks.The low wages they pay means they almost never have a second staffer on shift. The single worker is left doing dishes while contending with long lines. People in the line up walk away after waiting 15 min. or more.Starbucks: pay a decent wage and you will attract workers. The work load on the one guy here is punishing and unwarranted.

Im not sure what to say. it was more money for the drink than tim hortons next door. polite i guess. they also charged me double for some reason i assume by accident

The barista is really good and friendly. He's good at his job as well. Ice coffees are made to order and frappès are really good.

They seem to always mess up our drink order. Not making a caramel macciatto correctly. We are there every Week too. Not Impressed

Give Quenten a raise! He was the only one working and had a large line up that he dealt with like a champ. Very quick, very friendly, and made my drink perfectly.

Several of us waited 25+ minutes for a coffee last week because the manager was out having a break while a new employee struggled alone at a busy time of day. He tried his best buy was not yet competent to be left on his own. The young manager should have known better. She came back and helped for 5 minutes before going back outside while there was a lineup. Terrible service.
