Absolutely unhappy with the service I received today. January and February I had to pay for parking with my debit because my credit card that I had on file for the payments to go through on was maxed out. They had no problem with that and always took my payments. I came in on Monday March 2nd to pay and they informed that I could not pay until the fourth because that is when the payments try to go through in their system. The blonde lady told me to come back on the fourth or after I receive an email saying the payment did not go through. I did what she said and came in today March 5th to pay for March parking in cash. There was a different woman at the desk and she took my money and was about to process it. The same woman that I saw on Monday who told me to come back to pay (who was sitting at a desk behind her) asked if this has been a recurring thing that I come in to pay instead of letting it go through on my VISA. I said yes because it is maxed out. She said we cannot process payments other than automatically through the system." I replied: "How did I pay in person for January and February then?" She ignored my question and just repeated what she said above. I told her my minimum payment on my credit card is over $1000.00 and she simply said back "you need to make sure you are making payments on your credit cards so payments can go through." I said "I can't afford a thousand dollar payment." At this point I started crying. She did not care and kept saying they cannot take my payment. I told her I do not understand why for two months straight I have been able to pay another way and now all of a sudden it is not allowed. She said "the system does not work that way
