YGK Heating & Cooling installed an air conditioner at my property. I received 5 quotes from 5 different HVAC companies and talked to the company representatives and asked them relevant questions. I found Zang of YGK is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy in my assessment. So I decided to go with YGK. They installed it right and on time. Zang emailed me Invoice and detail instructions on the same day they installed the AC. I tested the AC, it seems working perfectly. I will surely go back to YGK for my future HVAC needs. Although my furnace was still functioning well, I was looking at installing a newer and more efficient one. A key requirement I had was to move back the furnace a few feet so that I can reclaim part of my basement. This is important because I am hoping to finish my basement in a few months. I educated myself and investigated thoroughly the local and the non local market. I was struggling finding a contractor offering a quality furnace and a fair installation cost. I found all of that after I contacted Zang. He got back to me the day I left him a message, came to visit the day after, provided a detailed quote (hands down the best quote I received) 2 days later, and installed my new furnace (a high quality Lennox furnace) a week after he sent me the quote. The installation was done professionally, and Zang's team made sure to leave the area clean. As a bonus, Zang proceeded to register my furnace for extended warranty. I highly recommend Zang. He provides a courteous and quality service at more than a fair price. I added a couple of pictures. You will note in one of them that the furnace was moved around 5 feet as requested (it was where the carpet is cut).

I had a safety violation issued to me by Enbridge during my gas meter change out. They noted there was no protective sleeve or covering on the natural gas line coming through the exterior wall of my house. Had 42 days to repair or Enbridge will shut of the gas. Called or emailed different heating companies as I needed a licensed gas fitter to do the work. Some did not respond, some were reluctant to travel to Bath for a quote, quote prices were outrageous or didn't want to do the job. Back to the customer reviews I went and noted some very positive reviews for YGK H&C Inc. Don't know how I missed them earlier during my search. I called YGK & detailed the problem to Zang, he quoted the price over the phone which was a price I thought was right on. Arrived a few days later and both Zang and partner went right to work, relit my appliances, answered all the questions I had about my appliances. Very professional, very friendly, very efficient, and good work! They signed off on the safety violation stating work complete and sent it in to the Enbridge Safety authority to show compliance. YGK will definitely get the call for any future heating and cooling work from me.RGHBath On.

I found YGK Heating and Cooling online to replace my hot water tank. Not only did Zang provide the best quote, he was always prompt, polite, and professional. The area was left clean and he took care of registering the warranty and contacting the gas company. I highly recommend Zang and YGK heating and will use his services for anything I might need in the future.

From first contact, Zang was extremely responsive and offered to come to my house the same day to prepare our estimate for a new furnace and A/C. His prices were very competitive and his service was excellent. He certainly makes you feel like he really wants your business, and he took great care in moving equipment and tools through our house. He treats your home like it was his own. Everything was installed and completed as agreed upon and Zang took the time to explain how our new thermostat worked before leaving. The job site was left spotless, and he is quick to respond if you have questions. A fantastic local business. Highly recommend!

My wife and I both had such a great experience with YGK Heating & Cooking, and Zang, that I had to leave this review. Zang was professional, courteous, and helpful the moment he came over to quote our condo for central air install. He quoted us a very fair price when compared to a couple other competitors and was exceptional in the service rendered. He was consistently reliable in dates and times. There was a wiring complication with our condo that Zang had to return to adjust the installation for and not once did he mention charging extra [I even offered to pay and he politely declined] and in fact installed an additional box that fixed the issue for us with no additional charge for the labour or part. I felt Zang to be very honest and you can tell he genuinely wants to provide the best work and service for his clients. All in all, I highly recommend YGK Heating & Cooling.

When we moved into our new home purchase, we discovered the hot water tank had shorted out and there was no hot water. I contacted a couple of HVAC companies, and chose to go with YGK, because Zang was very responsive over email. He even saved me from a bad mistake when I thought a friend’s tank would work to replace (turned out it was gas, I needed electric!). He priced a new tank, and installed it the next day. Very pleasant to deal with and left the job site clean. I would definitely. recommend.
