I just wanna share my experience about happened with me today. Jodi, the manager don’t know how to behave with customers. My friend was just meeting with me and I was standing in the customers area, suddenly she came and said that stay back. Such a rude behavior , she needs to improve her customer service.

If you are in drive through it’s okey, or else it’s a huge chunk of time for a breakfast wrap. It’s been 17 minutes I’m waiting for just a wrap. :(

i almost order everyday one coffee in morning. Its second time they gave me old coffee after reheat as soon as i had one sip from coffee there is something in coffee and so awful taste. Need to supervise the staff carefully.

Staff and Dining area was nothing short of phenomenal. Excellent service and care from the Manager on shift (Gingy). Gingy met all my needs and expectations, was able to accommodate the humidity of my coffee and softness to crust ratio of my bagel. For a beast master hunter i was nothing short of impressed. His smile, attitude and flowing red hair reminded me why i no longer use grinder. Recommend him for 25 man raids and a 18 cent raise. I would like to see free frozen orbs with every purchase of 2 coffees or more.

Waited 15 minutes but finally had to ask why my heated up croissant was taking so long. Then to find out it had been sitting in the microwave all that time so when they gave it to me it was no longer warm

Drive through was lined up, so I walked in to order. Took 5 minutes to get the order and 15 minutes to get the food. My wife waited in the car and said that the drive through emptied out twice in the time I was in the store. Big mistake that fast food restaurants make... Put all the staff on the drive through and no one taking care of the people who took the time to get out of the car and walk in....
