I don't suggest anyone to buy any car from this garage ,after one year buying a car from them ;the car has a lot of issues I can't even sell it due to a lot of issues it has .You maybe Lucky if you find any useful car from them .

We bought 3 cars from this place staff is always friendly and truthful abought the history of the car therefore never any surprises. I am a student who was very much in need of a new vehicle since my old car needed a lot of repairs. Based on reviews and my initial meeting with Moe and the other gentlemen there, I decided to go ahead and buy a 2007 Mazda 3 for $3000. Great price, or so I thought.I purchased the car in March, and started experiencing problems soon after. I took it back to Moes for a fog light replacement and a paint job and didn't get the chance for much else because it took them 3+ hours just to do that (also note that I was already frustrated with them because I had to chase them down over a couple of months to get those 2 things done), I asked Moe about some weird sounds the car was making and he said it was my fault for how I held the key and said I was going to wear out my starter in 6 months (I had my old car for 3 years and never had an issue).The car was safetied and had it's structural safety as well. But here I sit, 4 months after purchasing the car, with about $2000 worth of repairs.Moe chalked the power steering whine to the fluid just needing to be bled out"

I couldn't believe how amazing the customer service is here . As soon as I arrived everybody was very nice . they went above and beyond to make sure me and my baby were walking away with a newer safe reliable vehicle and I am more than happy . My mechanic looked it over everything is perfect about it . No ticking from the engine . Transmission shifts very smoothly. Brand new tierods brakes tires everything . He said the car was hands down a steal for the price they sold it to me . Thank you so much !!!!!!!!

Had a bad time with other dealerships and the worst service every time until we came here. They turn the negative experience into a positive one. In three days we had our vehicle. Purchased the vehicle, left a small deposit, and on the third day we received our 2011 Chevrolet Equinox. We recommend this place to all our friends.

I have been dealing with Moe's General for about 8 yrs now. The first vehicle I purchased from them was Kia mini van. I got an amazing deal, drove it for 4 yrs and never had to put a dime into it. Had a friend who worked for Surgenor's and he said it would have sold for double what I paid for it on their lot. When I was ready to change vehicles Moe bought the van back from me and I bought another vehicle from him. Again drove it for 3 yrs and was very happy. Now on my third vehicle (decided to change to an SUV) and I LOVE IT!!!!!! It needed a bit of work which was all completed as promised and was given regular updates on the progress. It is a great feeling to have people compliment you on your nice wheels and the awesome deal you got! Both my daughters, my son and my Uncle have purchased vehicles through Moe's General and all have been happy with repeat business. Bought my used Honda there - fair price, great service, friendly staff. Moe went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed on the day.If you need to wait, there is a decent restaurant beside there, to spend your time. It is a country business, so doesn't have a waiting room.I would highly recommend doing business there.

Great place to get a used vehicle! Amazing staff, prices & customer service. I bought a Mazda 3 at an amazing price with no stress or feeling of pressure. After purchasing I was having an issue with the car and they immediately able to identify the problem and fixed it for me! I will be back when I need another vehicle!

Bought this car in february and the amount of issues I'm having with it is unbelievable! These guys buy cars in previous accidents and put the minimum amount of work into it to make it driveable and that's it. Since the time I have bought it I have a cracked radiator hose, broken a/c, all the emergency sensors keep tripping and randomly going off, drivers window is loose, engine coil needs to be replaced, shocks are already gone, and makes a screeching sound everytime I turn it on. I have to take it into a shop to determine whether it's even worth trying to fix up at this point. Don't waste your money here like I did.

Never by a car here!Bought a Mazda and was told it passed safety and didn't need anything. The brakes were shot, oil pan had holes in it, back windows didn't work. Called them and they were nice about it told me to bring it back and it will be done right. Got it back and they put 5$ brake pads on(wore out in 2weeks). They painted over the oil pan so that it looked new which was Not new like they told me. Now have to get a new one. Car still has many more problems. Still don't think it passed safety!
