Tractor At Home - Healthy Prepared Meal Delivery

Initially sent the wrong order and no response from team, but after writing this review and emailing they provided the refund

I needed some healthy food delivery after moving homes while having health issues. I didn’t even have the energy to use a cooking service like Fresh Prep. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised to find Tractor at Home. On the whole, it is great but I have made a detailed review below as I couldn’t find much information when I first ordered as this service seems quite new.Ordering: 4/5: I found the online site easy to navigate and could find most of the information I was looking for. They are still updating some of their pictures of food and some of their portion sizes could be clearer. But overall a good customer experience.Delivery: 4/5: I was happy to see they delivered to Maple Ridge for free with a $50.00 order. I was sick in bed when it arrived and didn’t see my phone ringing for delivery. I was happy they left it in the lobby and sent me a picture of where it was. I found this a bit risky but I was glad it was still there and didn’t require me to arrange for re-delivery.Food 4/5: I just got my order on 3 days ago so have tried the kale chicken Caesar salad, macaroni and cheese and quinoa salad. All have been utterly delicious. Some of the salad greens weren’t as fresh as I would expect but it was a very small amount that had to be tossed so no big deal. I love the salad packaging that has individual compartments for each ingredient so if something isn’t preferred, I don’t have to pick it out. Ready to eat or heat and heat- so perfect.Pricing: 5/5: As food costs keep skyrocketing, I find the prices very affordable, especially when I don’t have to prep anything, it’s delivered to my door and the most I have had to do is heat a dish in the oven. It is perfect for what I need right now: convenient, delicious, and healthy.When I worked in Vancouver I would often go to Tractor for lunch so I am very happy to have familiar quality and flavors all the way at my home. I can highly recommend this service.

The chicken scallion meatballs are sooo good!! I love the convenience of getting fresh and delicious meals delivered to my home every week.

There was a mix up but Tractor fixed it by sending my meals with an uber to me. I am so impressed with their customer service. I will be using them forever.

The worst beef taco I've ever tried.

The food is good but they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Their delivery drivers don't even bother to come upstairs and leave the delivery outside the suite door. Twice my delivery was left in the lobby of my building for anyone to take. They expect you to return the ice packs but the delivery driver doesn't bother to pick it up when it's left outside. When you email their dispatch team no one bothers to respond to you! There's no other number or email to contact anyone at their business which seems kinds sketchyUPDATE- The issues I was encountering with the business have been resolved. I’d like reiterate that as someone who likes to eat healthy, there’s plenty of options I can choose from with Tractor at Home. I really like their meals, I do wish that more variety in choices would be churned out a bit regularly than currently.

I get it every week. The salads are great and fresh. My favourite is the Peanut Thai. The meatballs, and lasagna are surprisingly good. The booze is cheap for delivery.
