Moe was amazing to deal with. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful from the beginning of the project to completion. We had Moe's best installers and all we can say is WOW!! They did an amazing job. From the removal of the old hardwood to the installation of the new, they were very respectful to ensure furnishings that could not be moved were covered to protect them. We did not think they would be able to match our existing oak railing to the hickory hardwood floor but they did and it matches perfectly.On the last day they cleaned up before leaving. Would highly recommend Cosmaroma for any flooring renovation!!! Thank you team Cosmaroma!!!

Great place with lots of options for any renovation project. Ever since I discovered their Whitby location I don’t go anywhere else. Their customer service is great and the manager Mike does a great job at making sure his customers are happy. Strongly recommend you check them out.

Over the past year, I visit Cosmaroma frequently to make purchase for a basement renovation job at my home, and my daughters condo. The team provided such amazing customer services, and were always knowledgeable in determining our needs. Our first experience started during the pandemic, and they ensure that I had a safe and pleasant experience. They also were very accommodating and support my contractor when he picked up the items. Big shout out to Mo! He and the entire team were amazing.

Great supply of anything you need for Reno’s. Prices are amazing. I saved $2000.00 on comparable flooring as compared to anywhere else I looked and I spent a lot of time looking!! Go and see. Worth the trip!BUT. Beware of their return policy on certain items like flooring! 30 days then only in store credit and 25% restock. It was in fine print on back of bill. Not posted anywhere in store that I could see. No one verbally said anything before purchase either. Now in bolder print on front of bill where it is easier to see. Be nice as some employees don’t like to be challenged!

Highly recommended to check out this location and I’m so thankful I did. I was greeted right away by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nick was incredibly helpful and just an all around great guy. As a contractor, service and price are huge to me and these guys checked both of those boxes. I was able to find the products I was after and with the prices being so phenomenal we even decided to buy vinyl flooring for our home. We had been waiting for the right price and this was it! These guys are amazing I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top quality product and service. I can’t wait to go back!

We had a 10/10 experience with Cosmaroma and would definitely use their products and services again. They did a $32K job for us six months ago, and we are just as pleased today as we were on the day they finished the job. We had our stairs re-built and hardwood put down, to replace old carpet throughout most of the house.Everyone in the showroom was pleasant to deal with, and there was zero sales pressure, which I greatly appreciated. Moe, Nick and Hassan patiently answered my many basic questions without making me feel foolish. There seemed to be repeat customers because many people who came in to browse were already on a first-name basis with the sales staff .Duong and Toan redesigned our stairs and put down the hardwood, and we cannot say enough nice things about this phenomenal installation team. They were cheerful, reliable, and did their work with great precision. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and they cleaned up after themselves as they went along.The hardwood that we chose was from Floorest, in the Falcon Brown colour, sized 6 1/2 x 3/4". It looks beautiful

I've been buying flooring/trim from these guys for a few years. Always good prices but not always good stock. Very friendly and helpful service. I recommend dealing with the boys and girls at Cosmaroma Whitby/Oshawa any time. Lance
