Never buy anything from fido!I tried to open a new account at Fido and first time the store representative input my name wrong in their system and told me my ID can not identify, I use nearly one day to contact their customer service and found the problem is it. Funny thing is their customer service cannot figure the problem. So I went to the store again and meet another representative.They still cannot edit my name correctly so they open another account ask my all ID again. Ok, now I has a fido account and SIM card, the real nightmare began. When I tried to register their online app to see my account, it doesn’t work. I went back to the store and got reply it is a tech issue and should be ok within next 24 hours. Guess what, next 48 hours, it still broken. I cancel fido cause I can’t bear it anymore.After activated fido account to cancel it, just 2 days, now I got fido bill $108.Never, never even get close to fido! Frustrated and worst customer experience.

Liars!!! Do not trust them a word!!! They promissed me different deal to stop my complaint about their terrible services and with my monthly bill I found out they were lying to me. Every call to customer support is a nightmare! Just Indians working at call centre. Difficult to understand them, they dont understand me and they cannot complete simple task to solve the problem. I gave up. Done with Fido and their terrible services!!!

Went in to get a phone for my daughter, staff got me a great deal on a new phone and even got some extras too! Thanks all!

I only came in for a new SIM card but he noticed that what I was paying before for my old plan was “absurd” (his words). He then switched my plan to one with way more data and at a fraction of what I was paying before. This will end up saving me hundreds of dollars per year.Great service and I’m very appreciative to the man working there!
