This store is run by a bunch of bumbling incompetents. I have accidentally bought the wrong/defective game cards, turned back immediately (with the receipt in hand) and was refused any kind of service and treated very rudely. Even when I tried to bring it up to management they tried to make me do some stupid run around. There are NO cashiers at night anymore and they force everyone to use self checkout which creates a line 10x longer than a cashier ever would. They keep announcing store closing times while I’m waiting. The man in charge of it does not know how to do his job.Terrible customer service, don’t shop here if you can avoid it. Sadly though, with the way retail is around here, sometimes you can’t.

So racist staff. They were acting so weird with minorities especially Ms Komal. It happened second time with brown community. I highly recommend everyone not to shop here if you are dark skin. Thanks.

Love this place. Stay here for a few nights in Jun. It is quiet after 11pm. Very friendly and welcoming, there is no no overnight parking" signs. The management are cool with RVs stay overnight"

Got my prescription pills for 180 days. Before coming to pick up, Customer service rep RUBINA from pharmacy confirmed me that my prescription pills will be ready in 6 bottles. Came here and as expected worst customer service and nothing was ready according to what i told them. Wasted my time. They needs to be more professional in their job

This Boxing Week sale item is found at the same price as the original price. Although they said they marked 50% off discount, the price tag behind the boxing week ad tells you the truth.Seems like they do not have much staff working on Boxing Day. A lot of shelves (even promotion shelves) are empty. Some sections are just mess. Self-checkout machines are closed even though customers are lined up for checkout.

I’m not sure if it’s every Walmart or just the one here in Kingston Ontario. I know I’m going there to buy cheap stuff, but in the last week I have purchased two items. A foot bath and an air conditioner. Both I have returned. The foot bath didn’t work and the air conditioner was missing parts. You walk through the store and boxes of fans have been opened. It seems like people’s returns are being put back on the shelves, weather they work or not, missing parts, etc. this is absolutely ridiculous.

Today i went for some grocery with my friends and after we went for cash out. the lady (name- shraddha) standing over there was so rude with us. i don’t know what was wrong with her. it seems to me that she was doing racism with me. i was so disappointed with her attitude. will never be back there. very bad experience.

Terrible and rude staff. No customer service abilities. Had one of their employees rip my bag open because I only bought three things. Instead of asking to see or check she literally said “you only have three items scanned!” Then rips open my bag just to see that there is only three things in there. Soo I guess if you are going to check out with three things you must be stealing. No respect for the public.

It's always a hit or a miss when it comes to who you deal with when you shop at this location. You get the nice one's, you get the crusty ones. Generally, I don't go here a lot but if I do, it's mainly first thing when it opens. I always find the staffs that's working at the self check out are always the nicest to deal with (just from my interaction with them from time to time). Shopping experience wise, lots of stock based on what you're looking for and items are neatly organized by departments.
