I generally don't leave any good reviews as I never have the time to go out of my way and write a good one, but for Derry Heights, I had to! My experience from the beginning was amazing. It was my boyfriends mother who had referred me. I needed to get 2 crowns put into the areas I had a root canal in. The entire process and service was exceptional. I am a very anxious person, and the dates I had my appointments booked I would have high anxiety because it would be the day of a test, or a stressful day at work. Dr. Wendy was patient and understanding during my entire procedure. I would recommend this practice to everyone! Thank you Derry Heights! Will continue my services with you!

DR. Taveras and her team are always kind, courteous and professional. Whether it's an emergency or regular checkup they will get you in to see the doc asap. Highly recommend Dr. Taveras. Thank you!!

Dr. Ashley was so good. She was very helpful. She spend so much time cleaning my teeth. As far as I remember, no one ever cleaned my teeth in detail. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Richard and the lady with him were very helpful and sincere, since 50 years of my life I saw first time so kind and helping Doctors, I feel very satisfied after getting treatment from them. Sarah at reception is also very sincere.10/10 to the team and highly recommend this place.

Hopefully this review stays up as it was taken down by the company already.I was a patient for 12 years. Not anymore! Besides small issues that are acceptable and reasonable my last visit had me feeling like those 12 years were nothing of importance to this office.I had a terrible experience with a cleaning from a hygienist (who is not there anymore) in May of 2022. So bad that I was literally helping her with tools and suction devices as she cleaned. She was obviously new and I put up with it as it happened. After the cleaning I tried to speak about this experience but with the hygienist being in close proximity and could probably hear my complaint. I held off and called back at another time to speak about it.I was told that Dr. Wendy..who runs this office would do my next cleaning as a gesture of good faith. I accepted.Then came the next cleaning day. I had called in to remind the staff of the issue on the previous visit…was then told that hygienist is no longer with them..I shared my feeling that I felt ripped off for the services I got and asked for some sort of monetary discount this time around. I called well before the appointment to have them think about it. Not 5 mins goes by and I get a call back saying that would not happen.I’m not insured and paying out of pocket for this. They do give me what they say is a discount from their normal charges.. which after this situation I called around and found Derry heights to be much more expensive then others services Milton.After 12 years I was told that I would get a discount this time, but next time I come in I go back to higher pricing…this worked to be $30 off now but $30 more then what I pay moving forward..no apology or acknowledgment that my concerns were warranted…just made me feel as my business wasn’t needed. Take it or leave it.Just really disappointed. It could’ve been handled much better by the owner….as I wasn’t requesting much..just something for a terrible experience.

Derry Heights Dental has the best, most caring staff at any dental office I've ever seen. They have several great dentists who are very professional and will answer your questions/concerns thoroughly. The front desk staff is extremely polite and happy to help with anything you need. They always follow up on things in a timely manner, as long as you ask them!

This dental practice has welcoming, personable staff who are all professional and efficient. It was a thorough and caring appointment for me and my youngest son today. The reception staff greeted us warmly and made registration, payment, and next bookings easy. The dentist and hygienist ensured our comfort and safety as they worked seamlessly as a team and answered our questions patiently.The office itself is easy to find, and the space presents as clean and organized and calm. Great experience that lived up to the mail advertisement that brought us in to begin with!

Worst place, no professionalism, staff are rude there equipment's are not up to date and very unhygienic i am 100% sure they don't even clean them. The technician including the doctors don't know how to use their tools gently and professionally for dental cleaning. It was too painful just for a regular dental cleaning process for me and even though i asked them to be gentle but they didn't care. Worst part is now i have infection in my gums right after the appointment cant even open my mouth completely to eat, drink or Yawn and the doctor is not taking any responsibly to correct the pain and problem i am facing after the service from here.My first and last experience at this location. Will not recommend to my family and friends circle.
