Lakeshore - CLV Group

We were very limited in time when we started to look for an apartment, but thanks to Cassandra’s professional attitude we moved in as we planned. It was a great pleasure to interact with so skilled leasing agent. The apartment exceeded all my expectations when we moved in, it has been renovated and looks perfect! In general, CLV Group provided excellent service and unbelievable support for us as tenants!

A good place, calm, well maintained, CLV group are doing their best to make it better and to respond to residents inquiries, despite some small gaps like not allowance to keep stroller in the railing (no elevator so we are obliged to carry our baby and the stroller up and down) , the floor isn't a good quality and causing noise on neighbors, but overall I like my stay here , it's spacious and lots of storage areas.PS: rental is a little higher that it should

We are a small family with 2 kids. We moved into CLV Lakeshore apartments in the spring of 2022 . We chose the CLV Lakeshore for so many reasons. We were living in Ottawa at CLV Forestridge very happily. The apartments are renovated, the neighbors are very nice, and the neighborhood is conveniently located near shopping, a recreation centre/ library, and Lake Aquitaine. We have struggled towards the first few weeks of our lease, but the management made sure we got all what we want. What really set our experience apart at Lakeshore is Harrison, Rita and Jacek.When we were in the process of applying the sales agent was friendly and but weak on communication. Again Harrison bridged the gap and tried tirelessly to make us more welcome.

Year one update.We are happy to call this place as home. The plus points are security of the buildings. The maintain experience is awesome, tickets addresses in the same day and emergency response is extremely fast. Happy to recommend the place.From application to moving-in was a very smooth experience. The team guided me on the process very well. On the day of move-in, they guided me through the property and amenities. I would like to appreciate Ethan for the fantastic customer experience. He was very prompt in every step and answered all the questions with clarity. Appreciate the team for the support. Happy to call this apartment home.

Cassandra have been very helpful from the time we are finding a place until we received the unit. She has been very accommodating, answered all our queries and made us feel very welcome. We have been here for a month now and we are happy with how quick they address our concerns. Convenient location close to the park and library. Loving our stay so far! My partner and I moved into CLV Lakeshore apartments in the fall of 2021 and we haven’t looked back. We love living here! The apartments are roomy, our unit is pretty quiet, and the neighborhood is conveniently located near shopping, a recreation centre/ library, and Lake Aquitaine. The property is well maintained and maintenance requests are always followed up on quickly. What really set our experience apart was the awesome support and customer service from Harrison. When we were in the process of applying, Harrison was so friendly and considerate. We had tons of questions and he patiently answered all of them. He genuinely cares about his clients and makes them feel valued. Even after we moved in, Harrison kindly supported us with any questions that we had. Great team and great property!

Worst experience ever! We were put up with an aggressive/abusive neighbor who started yelling at my family literally within few minutes of us moving in. What made that tenant to do that just by looking at us is anyone's guess. We were called uncivilized, my kid referred as animal along with daily banging of our floors, side walls, yelling, everything possible to intimidate us to leave. Use of balcony area was not possible without constant yelling/abuses. When we contacted leasing office, we were told to complete our lease term or forfeit deposit.
