The staff and funeral directors at Coutts Funeral Home and Cremation Centre where so sincere, caring and thoughtful. Its a difficult position to be in, and they catered to our needs as if they where family vs a business; never pushy and always thoughtful of the emotions we where experiencing. From the time they took our loved one into their care to helping us with aftercare (government documents), the entire experience was positive and incredibly professional. The death of a loved one is difficult as is, making funeral arrangements can be incredibly overwhelming, thankfully their professionalism helped. Thank you.

We are so thankful for the assistance and support from Jenny and Ashley at Coutts. Both took the time to answer any questions and were always available to help. Although planning a funeral is very difficult after you've lost a loved one, we were at ease knowing that we were taken care of by these two women. Ashley and Jenny were kind, calm, compassionate and friendly.As for the facility, it has been newly renovated and looks beautiful and very welcoming. We recently had a Celebration of Life for our mother at Coutts Funeral home in Cambridge (Galt). We were very, very pleased with the professionalism and attention to every detail that the staff provided. It is a very difficult time and there is much to attend to and get in order when someone passes. Kailey had all the necessary paperwork ready to sign and mail. Ashley oversaw all the details for the service and provided very helpful suggestions and resources to make the celebration personalized and special. On the day of the Celebration of Life Cassaundra and Terry were there to help with set up, directing guests, and organizing and packing things away at the end of the day. The facilities are very impressive. The atmosphere calm and inviting. The staff attentive and supportive.My family could not be more pleased with the services provided and highly recommend Coutts Funeral Home.

Coutts, specifically Ashley and Jenny, made a hard time so much easier. They truly cared, and loved, our family through the entire process. Almost a month later I am still having to finalize some things and I have had Coutts helping the whole time. The home itself is beautiful and very peaceful. I 100% recommend this funeral home.
