I took my car in for an Exhaust problem quote and after arriving a bit early for my appointment, my car was taken right in for an inspection. Minutes later and after consulting with the Mechanic, Roger said that i needed a Flex Pipe and that this repair was under the oil pan and hard for them to get to. He referred me to Zoro Muffler in Welland, called them, told them what the problem was, got a quote and if I was free, they could fit me in as soon as I got there, so off I went. I appreciate Roger's professionalism and honesty to admit that it was a trickier job than they could do and they didn't take my money anyways. Thanks so much Roger!

Me and my husband caught a flat tire while visiting from NY and we thankfully Googled and came across this place. Roger was very personable and friendly and took the car in right away. I highly recommend going to him to service your car.

The mechanic is very honest. He will tell you and explain to you what needs to be fixed. Also, he will only focus on what needs to be fixed not try to fix something else and add it on like some places I've been to. I'd definitely go here again if I need to.

Great service. Phoned and was able to get in right away. They had the problem figured out and even took me into the bay to show me directly the issue. Couldn't ask for better or more professional service. Definitely will be back and would recommend to anyone in The Niagara falls area.

Recommended by a friend to come here, had the guys mount and balance some tires and rims for me. The job was clean and they didn’t even leave a mark on the rim or tire, they were also very quick and managed to squeeze me in on a busy day. Balance job was very well done, no complains at all. Highly recommend these guys for your automotive needs. I will definitely be back again. Thanks guys.

Was recommended by a Friend. Excellent customer service. I was able to schedule an appointment at 1pm and was out of the shop by 3pm. The manager was very cordial, showed me what needed to be done to repair the exhaust system and the cost of the parts,etc. He even showed me an extra part that was faulty and what they had done to repair it.. The cost of the entire repair was reasonable and I left there a very satisfied costumer. They also do almost any kind of automotive repair and servicing. I shall return there for any future problems that may arise.

They gave great service. I went in they assessed the situation. Came up with a plan to fix the situation. I followed the directions that was given to me and everything worked out. The guy who repair my car name was Herman. I'm glad that he worked on my car. He put me at ease from start to finish. Wish I could make him my personal mechanic.

Really happy with the service that I received, roger was very helpful and informative.My muffler fell off and I was taken that same day and had my car repaired in an hour for a reasonable price.It’s always nice to find an honest place that goes the extra mile!
