Perfection Connection

I have used Perfection Connection for the past 6 years for all my home automation needs - from setting up my network, changing out all my TV's and hardware, to organizing the set up and installation of a media room for my kids with giant TV, multiple gaming systems, lighting etc. Ian and his team are amazing! Whenever I have issues with any component, they are usually able to send someone out within 24-48 hours to troubleshoot and fine tune the system. Great customer service!

Ian at Perfection Connection has been so great helping me figure out my hodge podge of smart home gadgets that I've installed myself over the years so they are more stable. He's been responsive by email and spent a long time educating me about the different technology available and how it works.I really appreciate his time and expertise. Excellent service by professionals who really know what they are doing. You'll pay a bit extra per hour, maybe, but you are getting people who go the extra mile. I recently asked them to work on two jobs. On the first, the work ran into an obscure technical issue that took a couple of extra hours to resolve. They stuck at it without complaint and honored the original quote. They even installed a different hardware solution with no charge for labour.On the second, they finished the work in less time than the estimate, and refunded the difference.I can recommend Perfection Connection without any hesitation.

The team at Perfection Connection came in after I mentioned that I needed to change the light color and make my home more sensory friendly for my autistic children. They did a fantastic job with creating a comforting space that instantly made a difference for my children. They also remounted my TV and cleaned up all the wiring that I had done myself so that there was nothing the kids could pull on and made my internet more secure so there are no more meltdowns when their favorite shows cut out. Seems like minor fixes to some but for us it has made all the difference! They worked quickly, and made sure everything was in order before the kids got home removing any stress from me.

I have had the pleasure of working with Perfection Connection, both personally and professionally, and have enjoyed their professional and accommodating manner. They have found solutions for every need that we had and have even found ways to make the technology work seamlessly.The network connections and lighting controls they set up at our office are fantastic and everyone was awed by how clean everything looked and how easily it operated.At my house, they switched out all the bulbs to be LED with the same lighting levels, even the gimble spotlights, and they made my bedroom into a home theatre so that I could watch late-night movies comfortably and were able to arrange everything so that it aligned with all of the existing lighting to make everything look like it had been installed originally instead of being a retrofit.I cannot say how impressed I am with their work and I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Recently I asked Ian at Perfection Connection to help me upgrade all of my audio and video equipment in my family room and home theatre. WOW!
