Excellent service! Quick turn around which is great! Love that they are a mobile service. Friendly tech who knows what she’s doing! Would highly recommend and will bring all my future repairs to them!

Glass broke again 4 days after fixing it from a pressure point left on the new glass that we were told wouldn't be an issue. Went to have it fixed again and was told it's not their policy to fix breaks in the new glass even if it was caused by a pressure point THEY left in it.

I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced, they fixed the screen but when it was returned the camera and ear speaker were not working , the glue was let go so the new screen was falling off and the buttons were lose and hardly working.I brought the phone back and they had to order parts which took two weeks. They could not repair the damage, held on to my phone for a week and still charged me for the new screen.Basically, they charged me $80 to break my phone and then offered to sell me one because mine was broken....

This shop is not forthcoming with information. They fixed my first problem, only to create a new one. Fixed the second, only to create a third. So why would I go back after each issue? I thought they’d absorb the cost because they created the issue. They didn’t. Best I got was a small discount. They slowly sucked the dollars out of me with each fix of their mess ups.These guys like to hide in the fine print that something might go wrong and they’re not accountable (for example, my touchscreen worked fine and I brought in my iPad because the home button wouldn’t work. Immediately after their fix, the lower portion of the touchscreen stopped working. I brought it in and was told it was not their fault and it was possible to happen. They said they’d “check their cameras” to verify they weren’t at fault.)Needless to say, I will avoid this shop going forward and will recommend others to do the same. There must be alternatives in this city to use.

Within the past 3 trips here I've been met with friendly staff who seem to know what they're doing very well. Prices are reasonable (obviously with any device repair shop you will be paying a bit extra as to you doing it yourself)and it's done super fast. The first time I went here I waited about 30 minutes, but was given a free tempered glass screen protector as a sorry for the wait. I returned a couple days ago to get my screen fixed again and was only waiting about 5 minutes, however your time may vary depending on the model of phone you bring in. I was also given a small discount (which is a great way to make me and other customers come back.) All around I will most likely be coming here again whether it be to replace a battery within the next few months or just to get a new phone case.

id rather give my money to these ppl any day instead of bringing my phone to Jump+. ive taken my phone here several times before.Very fair prices on everything. The Tech guy, Mike, is a certified apple tech who is great at what he does. the Owner, Joe, and the rest of the staff did whatever they can to accommodate me while my device was being fixed or while parts for it were on the way.Great local Tech repair shop!

Fast, reliable and honest service. I broke my phone screen twice in a month ( I dropped it) they repaired it on the spot and gave me a discount on top of their outstanding prices! Also added a screen protector free of charge.Highly recommended!

I was down home for a holiday and broke my iphone 7 plus screen, I hate when that happens and HAD TO get it fixed....I went into irepair on Topsail Road in Paradise to see if they could fix it. The young lady was great, she quickly fixed the phone, while I waited, she was polite, friendly and very efficent. I was in and out in no time and my my phone works great, I am thrilled with the speedy service as well as the customer service, and would highly recommend iRepair to anyone!!! ty so much!!!

Wow, Wow, Wow.....If there were 10 stars for rating, I would of chosen 10. Service is fantastic and what a job. My full screen was shattered and when I got it back I couldn't believe it was my phone. It was just like the day I got it. I will recommend anyone to get their repairs done there. Thank you IRepair, you are amazing!
