We recently moved to NB from another province and interviewed 4 realtors before settling with Rob. Working with Rob was one of the best experiences of professionalism I've encountered.3 things stood out for us:1. Coming from a builders' background, he actually went and look at the structural components of a house from a place of knowledge. Having this level of expertise really assured us in weeding out the overpriced fixer-upper's from the well built candidates. You just won't get this with other realtors who have no interest in looking at deck foundations or ducts. His YouTube channel gives Mike Holmes a run for his money.2. He really knows his numbers and what fair and over/undervalued valuations look like per house in this tempestuous market. Other realtors insisted we'd have to pay a lot more and need to go to a certain area, but he shot from the hip with giving us excellent advice on fair valuations and areas to look in or avoid. His market assessments were extremely accurate compared to closing prices.3. One is ultimately in society and working with people and we found him to be affable, courteous and an excellent listener. It's not a word I use lightly but we trust him and will work with him again in a heartbeat. Absolute salt of the earth.Rob is a gentleman and I hope this review serves to get him more attention because he simply is the best there is out there.

Rob helped me purchase my very first house last spring. He was an amazing help and made the process very enjoyable and pretty much stress free! He loves what he does and is very knowledgeable. He is always willing to help you out during the process and even after, which has been a lifesaver as a new homeowner. I would recommend him to everyone!!!

Rob just sold our house before he was able to publicly list it! We contacted him on a Monday. He did his walk through on Tuesday, photos on Friday, showing on Saturday, offer on Sunday. We got what we were after. This was our second experience using Rob's services. He sold our townhouse in 2014 and helped us buy the house we just sold. With this sale, Rob went above and beyond by taking care of numerous details after the sale, up until the closing date. We moved out of the province one month prior to the closing date. Rob ensured the close was completed without issues which took any stress off of us. I would highly recommend Rob. He is very knowledgeable about buildings as well as real estate and is very attentive to your needs.

Further to this, he prices his listings appropriately for the market and for that reason they attract buyers rapidly. I have high expectations of professionals and I am happy to say that Rob is up there among the best I have dealt with. Finally, Rob is a decent, hard working man who is easy to like and great fun to be around. His integrity and commitment to good customer service really stands out and I will recommend him to anybody who will listen!

What an incredible experience we had working with Rob!! I guess we were the most irritating customers he got, so many questions, so many panic calls, but he was always calm, ready to answer all our queries with a smile always. He does not show houses, he lets you know details which you will never ever think of, he is so incredibly knowledgeable. We found our first house in Canada becasue of him. Rob is an outstanding Real Estate agent. He goes above and beyond to find you your perfect home. As first time home buyers and being posted to New Brunswick with the military, we really didn't know what to look for. Rob is very personal and with his background in carpentry he can, and he will point out the positives and the negatives in the homes you look at, so you know what you will be getting into. When looking for a realtor to sell our home, we turned to Rob, someone who had become a friend over the years. It would prove to be the best decision we could have made. At every turn, Rob provided not only suggestions, but solutions. He would take information from our open houses and within hours not only have contacted us, but have a game plan on moving forward. If it was something he had access to, he would personally bring it to us or make the necessary phone call needed to get things going. His constant contact and updates kept us always at peace of mind that our home would be sold.We can both personally speak to Rob's genuine approach to things. He is easy going, knowledgeable, friendly and truly wanted to do everything he could, to get people into seeing our beautiful home. Him going above and beyond what we thought a realtor would ever do, became the reason that our home sold to the right person. We gave Rob a seemingly impossible task: find us a house within three months, we want it to be very nice, spacious enough for our growing family but within a reasonable budget, and, oh yeah, we’re likely going to be out of the country when it comes time to close. Rob was confident he could find us what we wanted. He showed us houses tirelessly, always adjusting the next showing to our reactions and we quickly zeroed in on exactly what we wanted even when we initially had no clue what we were looking for in a first home. Throughout, he was very professional, always on time for showings and responsive to queries.When we did find the house we wanted, he bargained hard for us and we got it at a much lower price than we were prepared to pay. We left the country a few months before closing but Rob was able to arrange for all the paperwork to be finalized and ready so that the transaction took place without a hitch even when we were thousands of kilometers away. We came home to a beautiful house, a Home Depot gift card on our kitchen counter and even a trash can in our garage placed by Rob—a testament to the care and anticipation he puts into his work.

Rob helped me and my husband find our very first home. We knew what we wanted and wouldn't settle for anything less. Rob was great at showing us exactly the right type of houses for our price range and for what we are looking for. He also has experience in construction so he was easily able to tell us if we might be able to do certain renovation in the future or what kind of work we might be looking at in any given place. It took us 5 months of weekends to find the PERFECT house for us and Rob was a great and patient help throughout the whole process.
