Unfortunately wasn’t possible to give 0 stars.This used to be a great place. Excellent customer service. They are under new management l, it shows, and this will be our last visit to them. Picked up our boat and they returned it to us filthy, with a huge scratch in the fibreglass and what they’re saying is sap on the seats. It does NOT come off. Tried to tell us we didn’t provide them with the winter cover. We did. They returned it to us yesterday with our boat. They can’t explain the scratch and didn’t care to try. I would suggest uncovering your boat before you take it home after storage to check it over. Terrible customer service. Not surprising, we weren’t the only ones there today with an issue. The only good thing remaining here is John, he’ll always get 5 stars from us.

They do good work. Joel in service is nice and promptly returns your call. My last visit wasn't my best as I asked for the vehicle to be ready for pickup. I paid by credit card by phone. The boat was out front but the lights adapter was missing so I had to go into the shop twice to grab the right adapter. Joel was great and apologetic. When I did my inspection around the vehicle before leaving, all 4 trailer tires were low on air. One was completely flat and the other 3 were at 30psi. It was another 40 minutes to get that taken care of. I have had a few visits here but this one was definitely disappointing. My visit was maybe a 3/5 as the work they did seems good - although with lack of attention to these other things, I am worried slightly. Overall I'd rate Alberta Marine a 4/5 per my review.

Winterizing my boat. Great guys in the front friendly. Couple things I didn’t agree about was it’s been super warm I dropped it off middle of September to get winterizing completed they charged around 2000$ for winterizing, wrapping and detailing only thing made me sign some waver about freezing not covered due to some frost already at night. We all know it’s October now and haven’t see drop of frost maybe moister but nothing cold enough to cause issue, even yet anyways felt odd having to sign this when weather has been so warm and paying top dollar doesn’t matter didn’t get cold but why make me sign a waver stating what ever it said. I’m sure it’s going to be super clean and they will do a great job I also purchased their detailing for affordable price I felt for this part of the job but rest I felt a little steep but I decided to use them because staff is friendly and the piece of mind knowing I’ll be cruising on the lake with out issues this coming summer. Thanks guys!

I've had my boat serviced here since new in 2008. Consistent, fast and professional service every time. No hard sell or non necessary services added like some other places. Staff are always pleasant and professional. Definitely one of the best marine service places I have dealt with. I know when I put the boat back in the water in spring I'm never going to have an issue.

Great experience with my previous and most recent service and winterizing. They took care of all my concerns! I would definitely recommend Alberta Marine for those looking for reliable marine servicing.

I bought a boat from here. Im sharing this for anyone that thinking to have business with this place to think again….Before purchase happened they provide mis-representation information on warranty. I bought the boat with a gps add-on for $1050. The gps unit is a used unit but still sold as new and this is never disclosed.The boat engine failed at first time launched in the water. See the message on the screen. The engine was sold and registered in Oct/2020 but they still sold to me as “new” in May/2021.And they dont do anything once the boat is sold and out of their door.This is what they response to me for all of the problem:” Again the Marine industry does not work like the automotive industry, one can not take into any dealer and expect for them to provide timely service or warranty results. Thanks Quentin.” Why dont you say something like this before i make the payment to you????
