Simple, quick and easy. Hands off transactions during Covid which is appreciated. Have only had oil changes, cant comment on other services.

Shawn was absolutely awesome. Super nice, quick and very helpful even on the phone before we came by. Buddy who was underneath doing the change was fast and you could hear all the communication between the two, total peace of mind to know they check eachother. We live a few hours away when our warning came on and the guys involved were just the best in a tight last second decision, situation.Thanks so much guys!!

I used to go here to get ALL my service done on my new 6.7L Cummins.I found out through dodge fluid analysis that they did not put the correct friction modifyer fluid in my rear differential.Never noticed this during the cold months, but once it got warm i could smell a buring smell from the rear diff vent hose.I brought in to a mopar accredited service bay and was told, and shown the excessive metal present in the fluid.I will be swaping gears out for 4.56 gears anyways as im going to 37 tires."

Excellent service at this location (Edson,Ab). The staff here are not crooks either, they will talk you out of services they feel are not in the best interest of your vehicle, instead of trying to talk you into more expenses. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Jiffy Lube Edson. They're very Professional and Quick!! I mean, I had 3 Technicians at once Servicing my 2012 Chevy Cruze. I was in and out in No Time. Way to go Jiffy Lube!!

The staff where really friendly, I brought my VW in but they didn't have my filter, so I went to Napa, got a filter and came back, only to find out they didn't have my oil in stock. So if you drive a foreign vehicle, call ahead.

This is the first oil change place I've ever visited where they didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of things I didn't need. Last place I went told me my coolant was a disaster (even though it had just been changed when I got my block heater), that I needed an engine flush (which most experts say a car will never need, and may be harmful), and that my power steering fluid was a weird colour (I had looked at it a few weeks before - it was fine).I always feel like I'm in a boy who cried wolf" situation at these places
