When they did their work, their work was great. Cleaned, open and closed my hot tub for a few years. When something was incorrect and pointed out, I was ghosted. I wasn't a big job for this company, so maybe following up with me was not a priority, but I used them for a few years before I received no response on a mistake they made that cost me a hot tub filter, ~$120. So while I was happy for a few years, I cannot trust someone who will not at least try to remedy an error with at least an apology.

We had a fantastic experience with pool hopper. Christian and Lucas are very knowledgeable and they quickly helped get our hot tub up and running. They are both very personable guys and the price they charged was exactly as quoted, no surprises. Will certainly be using them again.

Best company and people I have ever dealt with in 20 years of owning my pool. I would recommend them to anyone. They came in replaced my broken heater, re-piped all the feeds.
