Said they could clean my sons white runners. When we got them back they were blue. When we tried to discuss the problem the owner just yelled and screamed at us. Tried to blame everyone but themselves. Would do nothing to even try to make it right. We have been going here for 17 years, not anymore they have no loyalty to their customers. We have never been treated like this in my life. The lady that owns the place is just ignorant.

Picked up my wedding dress and noticed that the dress had been altered (belt was sewn on dress and they removed it. When put back it was sewn in the incorrect spots). Owner called us and said bring it back then hung up. Incredibly rude. Would not recommend this place at all.

Had a zipper replaced on a dress and it was horribly done and they removed the half lining and didn't put it back not the best work done definitely rushed and I wouldn't recommend their service.

A friend recommended this dry cleaning service to me. He said the company provided good service at an excellent price point and he has been taking his shirts there for many years.As a result of his recommendation, I took a knee length, short sleeve dress made of polyester to their location in Sherwood Park.I requested a price quote before leaving the dress at this business and was told the cost would be approximately $16.00.When I picked the dress up, I was very displeased to be told the cost for cleaning my simple polyester dress was now $25.30. A cost increase of 60%! Unacceptable. I was given no apology for the price increase, the simple explanation was that whatever the owners decide is what they go with. Apparently there's no price list? Why did the employee tell me $16 when it was actually $25?In addition to this, when I returned home I was hanging up the dress and noted there were several threads in the fabric of the dress that had been pulled.I am extremely disappointed in both the very random price increase as well as the damage done to my dress.I have discussed this experience with my friend who recommended the business to me. He has said he will not be returning to this business.

Best dry cleaners ever. Fantastic job on dress and sport shirts! Great detail work. The girls that work there are all terrific and the owners are super friendly!

I dropped off my brand new sweater for a stain removal that I purchased it with for. After picking up my sweater, I found they shrunk all the screen print causing all the writing to crack up immediately. I confronted the person working and there was absolutely nothing they could say about there mistake besides “just try wearing it”. Extremely poor lack of quality!

I was nervous walking in yesterday, as I wanted to have my Oilers Jersey cleaned before games 3...but ownership said I can help.And BOOM, just picked it up now, 26hrs later.Nobody in Sherwood Park provides such fast and super friendly service!!Best Place in the Park for amazing service!!!

I love this place it is my go to for a quick drop off. They have great Covid protocols I felt very safe. Leave your hangers at home they asked me to take mine off. Pick up was breezy I showed him my ticket number, a quick tap with the debit card and I'm out. Love this place!
