Love it! Everyone is super helpful and respectful. I never feel up sold " when I shop here. I live a bit away from this location

went in Friday evening around 8:30, was in a horrible mood and was ruder than needed to be. This young gentleman who I haven’t seen before helped me find a new favourite juice despite his limited knowledge. There was a mix up in vape pods and despite me being annoyed and frustrated, him and his female supervisor did everything they could to make it right. Thank you for the customer service, clearly made a good choice in the people you brought on to your team.

Way too expensive!! Consistantly AT LEAST 25 PERCENT higher prices on consumables than ANY other vape shop in Langley. Owner is trying to pocket way too much. Haven't bought any mods here, so cant speak into that. Juice and pods or coils are extremely overpriced. Go anywhere but here if you can at all avoid it. Drop your prices and you'll get a good review. Until then I won't be back, and I'll make sure people know about your incredibly ridiculous pricing. I have been vaping for 5+ years. I know when a shop is scamming people.

Completely disappointed with my last experience at this shop. My partner and I have an account here and have bought 6+ vapes and dozens of cartridges and juices here. I went in today to upgrade my vape and buy something of better quality. The guy behind the counter refused to let me hold the product to see if I liked the weight and feel. I'll take our business elsewhere, there's no shortage.

I bought an Allo pod pack and when I opened it, one of the pods were completely burnt and unusable. These things happen in manufacturing, I get it but when I went in for a refund, their “policy” stated they couldn’t do anything about it. They literally sold me a defective product and now won’t do anything at all to correct it. I asked, “So I just got ripped off?” and the cashier’s response was “Yea, basically.” This has happened to me at other vape stores and they have always accepted the defective pod back understanding that they shouldn’t be selling their customers bad products. I would highly recommend Hootz Glass and Vape on 64th Ave, great shop! I wonder what cost Vape Street more business, giving me a $6 refund or now me writing this review and telling all my friends to never go to this terrible shop. Maybe they will reconsider their “policy” in the future

Untrained and unprofessional stuffThe stuff told me he couldn't read my ID which was written in multiple languages including English as if he took the frustration of Fraser health on me.

My go to shop for many reasons. They always have what i’m looking for and honestly if there is an issue they’ve always taken care of me. I take my receipts, i come back in time and theres no questions about it.

I regularly go to this store but will simply go to the other store in Brookswood after the awful customer service experience. I bought an ALLO vape that didn’t work, went back the SAME day and they refused to replace it. I honestly think the guy working didn’t want to deal with it because he didn’t know how to do a return/exchange? Just awful.
