We selected Han-Cor for our renovation project to turn one large bathroom into an ensuite and main bath and so glad we did. Jason was able to successfully work with his sub-trades in this difficult environment of COVID and volume of construction these days to finish and cleanup before our Christmas deadline. Han-Cor Construction just finished a big renovation for me, of a 1965-built home. It included two new bedrooms, a bath, and a laundry room in an unfinished basement; updated family room and craft room; new closets upstairs; and a kitchen refresher. Jason Hanrahan is meticulous and demands the same high standards from his subs. I’m very pleased with the quality of the work and his attention to detail. I highly recommend him and his firm.

Han-Cor did a fantastic job in our home. Jason made sure every detail was perfected, the work was done neat, clean and there were no corners cut. The work took place in our bathroom and did a bomb proof job making sure everything was tight and water proof.

We have never regretted our decision to hire HanCor Construction for our kitchen/living space renovation. Jason was so professional and I love how he is such a perfectionist! I wanted to take time to send a big thank you to Jason and his team for doing an outstanding job on our new bathroom. This was a challenging job as our house was built back in 1930, so as you can imagine there isn’t a straight angle to be found. Jason and his team totally gutted our bathroom and took my wife’s design to completion. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was something special. With all jobs there are challenges that inevitably come up, but Jason along with Joffery, one of his main guys, were there every time to address them and make them right.The outcome of the job was that it exceeded our expectations. From the real barnboard walls, gorgeous cabinets, and the most beautiful walk in shower you can imagine, we couldn’t be happier.We are now looking forward to working with Han-Cor on our next project this coming fall, when we will be asking Jason and his team execute on my wife’s new design or our bedroom which is attached to this new beautiful bathroom. Jason and his team recently completed our kitchen renovation - the second one which we've used him for as we'd used his services for a kitchen reno at our previous house 6 years ago. Once again, Jason did quality work for us, and the project was finished on time, even with some unforeseen structural issues when we tore out the old kitchen. Jason helped us navigate through that process successfully and we are very pleased with our new kitchen.

Jason came many time to our house to make sure the quote process was accurate and that what we thought for our garage would be the best. We had many options and he quoted all of it. Job got done professionally and his team is amazing! Really friendly and professional. If something changes from the initial plan, he will discuss with you and make sure to resolve it.
