Navneet was assisting me with a very short notice purchase of a faucet. She was very knowledgeable of the products Emco has and helped me to find a faucet that matched my budget and design that I was looking for, and I was able to get it within one day! I was very pleasantly surprised with this assistance. I hope more stores had same level of attention to customers.

Came at 4:10pm just now (Thursday - June 15). Closed already. This is the third time I came and they always close before 5 even tho website and the sign right at the door clearly stated the closing time is 5
