I needed emergency dental work to fix a chipped tooth and despite being new to the clinic, was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The dental work was quick and effective and covered all of my needs. I was impressed enough that I scheduled a followup cleaning as well, and had a great experience with Shripal and Dr. Neda dealing with the cleaning and accompanying (unfortunately) fillings. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here at Hamilton Dental. The staff is so nice and friendly. I had Shripal as my hygienist and he was absolutely amazing. He did a great time during my cleaning and gave me useful advice which never any dentist mentioned before in my life. I highly recommend to come here!

First time visiting today and I couldn't be happier. The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist was very nice and informative. Dr Chantel is very knowledgeable. Assistant is very professional and very friendly . Also , Dr Shah has given me great tips on maintaining great dental hygiene. Highly recommended

The customer service is great. The receptionist Amrit is very helpful and pleasant. The office is clean and neat. There is harmony among the office staff. It was a truly enjoyable experience while waiting for my kids to get their dental treatment on Feb. 9, 2023.

Came for a root canal, staying as a regular patient. The ladies at reception are fantastic, direct billed my insurance without issue. The dentist and hygienists were great, they explained everything they were doing and made the whole process easy and painless. Haven't experienced any pain or discomfort after the root canal either. I will definitely be coming back here for regular cleanings and checkups.

One of the best places I’ve been to, great reception staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The Dental Hygienist (Shripal) is great at what he does. Experienced professional. And throughout the process he was making sure I was comfortable, also suggested some dental care processes that I was missing out for daily dental hygiene. 100% would recommend

I’ve waited months to write this review - as I’ve been waiting to hear back from the dental office regarding a much needed implant, after having my tooth pulled by the same clinic. Let me explain. I was lured by the clever and convenient hours, and was impressed that they could get me in on a Sunday. The dentist informed me that I’d need to come back Wednesday for a root canal. Wednesday I arrived back, only to be told by another dentist, that the tooth actually had to be pulled. Imagine my shock, going in for a root canal, coming out missing my front tooth. The dentist was very rough in pulling my front tooth, didn’t give me anything other than freezing, which at first didn’t work. The entire experience was very painful, and frankly, quite traumatic. I trusted the dentist(s) and had them build my fake flipper tooth. It turned out fine, thankfully. Hysterically, my first flipper got eaten by my dog - so I went back to have them do another one. It was only 3 weeks later and they’d already thrown everything out - so I had to repay for the moulds. My second flipper came back and was an absolute joke. It was a tooth, with a pink fake “gum” growing halfway down the tooth. I refused to leave with the ridiculous clown flapper, and the dentist told me it would cost money to send it back. I said I didn’t care, I refuse to accept the clown tooth - so he filed down the fake gum (so it was a tooth with a gum going halfway down the tooth). It’s alright ish now, but very obviously fake. They didn’t match the color and the denture moves up and down in my moth causing me to gag regularly. The dentist at the time told me about an implant and told me he was taking an implant course and that he could give me $1000 off by being one of his 5 patients he had to perform the procedure on. He made me all sorts of promises about the perfect implant, and then never ever followed up. The clinic of course follows up asking for cleanings and trying to get me in for cleaning appointments - but hasn’t followed up about my implant. They are a money hungry business with dentists with no bedside manner. Don’t fall for convenience - it’s really not worth it.
