Our home has wiser door knobs and 3 of them the springs broke. I when in looking for replacement door knobs (I wasn't sure they make them any more) and Rona was my 3rd store but the staff helped me get 3 new ones under warranty. They didn't have mine in stock so they called their supplier and in 4 days they showed up at my house! I would shop here and ask my family and friends to shop here due to excellent customer service! I have been to other stores (not to name) in Strathroy and London and all they did was give me a number to call that didn't work or I felt I had to jump through hoops.Thanks again for your help!

Worst Rona I’ve ever been in, customer service is horrible. Have had too many problems in this store to ever return again, especially when dealing with paint… do yourself a favour and go to Home Hardware, or anywhere else for that matter.

The delivery guys were awesome (Greg and ?)! They put the steel roof gazebo box I ordered, in my back yard for me instead of just curb side (it was 400lbs). AND they helped me pick something up that had got blown over in the wind this past weekend (also heavy). The store didn't charge delivery for me and I was in Parkhill. Overall I had a great experience with everyone associated with the store!

Went in to purchase PT lumber to build a gazebo for around our hot tub. Went to the 6x6 posts first before I could get out of my truck they had it loaded well it’s was crooked and badly split. So I told them it needs to be straight and reasonably smooth as we would be using this right at the side of our tub . They told us take we are Not going to give you the straight ones in a new pile . There was only 2 open and they both we culls. No problem we just went back in the store and cancelled all of my order . From now on we will go to London it’s only 5 min more .

Great store to have in town, I can always find what I need there and the staff members (e.g. John and Jeff) know their stuff. Even for seemingly little issues if they for example don’t have something in stock they go above and beyond to get it for you (in my case 90 degree two way bullnose drywall corner connects). Pricing is also very reasonable.

To say this store lacks customer service is an understatement. Buying a sheet of drywall….from the inside clerk on down to the boys on the yard…all I got was stunned looks when I asked if I could get it cut as it won’t fit in the car the way it is. No answer….so I cut it myself then had to ask if I could get some help putting into the car. All the while no one spoke and begrudgingly helped. I try not to ever go to this store. I’m always sorry after I do.

Don't bother buying paint from this store. It's too much trouble for the staff to mix the colour properly according to the colour chart after waiting 15 minutes for service. Clerk was too busy" to dry the paint drop to see if it would be the correct colour. Now I can't get my project done this weekend. What a waste of my time!"
