Wow, the experience could not possibly have been worseJMI absolutely wasted two hours of my work day.All info provided and had to make two trips before they told me they were unable to process renewal request. Would not send my worst enemy to JMI.Had to give one star to leave review.The only thing worse than JMI would be interaction with a government agency.

She took my contact information and told me someone else would be in contact via email for a quote since they were too busy to help "new walk ins". I declined and will try another agency who doesn't make me feel like an imposition."

These people are terrific, I left my insurance renewal to last possible day and I reached down there at 4:30 p.m. half hour before they closed. They managed to renew my insurance nice and quick and they're one of the few places that also has the camera for driver's license renewals. So my renewal was so quick they were able to renew my license and BC healthcare card as well. I was home before 5:00 p.m.Great service chatty staff I'll definitely be going back for any other insurance I might need.
