Unfortunately my husband and I made a baby registry here. When it came to returning certain items (even with a receipt), they gave us an incredibly hard time and almost accusing us of mistreating the items. Even though we showed an email thread shortly after receiving the products that they broke down. Only to give us store credit and not give the money back - why would I want to continue shopping here? The lady at the desk was so un-sympathetic, you would think people who work at a kid/baby store would be more understanding towards new parents. We only purchase on Amazon now.

She shared her personal experience as a parent to help us make informed decisions and patiently walked us through all stages of what we might need as new parents.What impressed me most about Nicki was how she explained all the options available to us for car seats, strollers, and other accessories. She answered all our questions and provided us with valuable information to make the best choices. She even demonstrated how to properly use and install the car seat, which was incredibly helpful.Nicki's knowledge and care truly made a difference, and we left the store feeling confident and excited. She went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible and her level of service was exceptional.
