If I can share one piece of advice for your wedding, book Kaylee as your coordinator! We booked the Month of Coordination package and it was seriously the best decision we made throughout wedding planning. Kaylee made the process as fun and stress free as possible and made it so we could really enjoy our wedding day. You get so much with this package and it was WELL WORTH the money. Kaylee was so lovely to work with and she was really responsive and great at communicating. Although she takes over 4-6 weeks before the wedding, she was still available to answer little questions prior to that. This came in handy when I was trying to finalize my schedule the few months before. Having her look over contracts and vendor requirements was really helpful and took a lot of pressure off. The timeline she creates for the day is so detailed and verges on a work of art! She handled all vendor communication that month and I feel like that took a lot of my plate. No matter how much planning you do, there will all be little things that come up in that month before and whenever that would happen, I would just reach out to Kaylee and she would handle it. On the day of our wedding, Kaylee (and Danielle!) went above and beyond and were there to handle everything from the first look to packing up our car at the end of the night. I just can't say enough good things about our experience and want to say thank you again to Kaylee for making our day so special.
