Hello everyone, today I would like to share my yesterday’s evening 6pm experience of this Fido store. I was with some of my friends and went to purchase the phone for him and when we reached there and not also stood steadily by the time the employee who was working there with another short height men, and he yelled at us and not even asked us he ordered us to move and stand in front of him also started swearing at his customer even call the security. And we also tried to ask his name to complaint his superior for his this behaviour against the customer, and I am leaving Fido service conditionally all because of this worst experience I had ever got from any of the customer service representative. So I would request everyone not to go on this store at Halifax Shopping Center and not to talk this guy who was tall in height and not know the abc of customer service and don’t have manner to talk. As well as, I would like to request Fido to look into this matter and ask to remove this employee because he will be a great loss for the business as of today Fido lost his some customer and could loss more in coming days all because of this guy.Incident time:- 18.00, 5th May, 2021Thanks

FIDO STORE FORGOT TO ADD A DISCOUNT COUPON AND I HAD TO PAY $150Fido store forgot to add a discount coupon and I had to pay $150 which is not being refunded. Calling customer care activated the coupon, I was told that I will be contacted about the refund but Fido decided to settle to extend the discount for next 24 months and not to refund and did not contact me about this decision until I contacted to raise another concern. Highly disappointed with Fido services.

Went there after an issue started with the sound on my new phone. Alex was so lovely and helpful, she tried multiple solutions before finally getting it working properly again. She was incredibley personable, knowledgeable and efficient, definitely an asset to this location!

The different units and departments of Fido need to communicate, due to issues caused by miscommunication I couldn't have had any worse service, not only did the gentleman (who was supposedly helping me change my plan and do an upgrade) completely botch the job, but he also lied to me about things he set up and things available to me which would have saved me so much of a headache. And then when trying to address the issues, having the manager say that aside from speaking to the agent who had created all these issues there was absolutely nothing he could do to help. Thankfully the agent over the phone was able to fix most of the issues but as for the actual store, absolutely terrible service and they had absolutely no idea what they were doing! Definitely not liking how loyal customers are treated I've paid God knows how much over the last few years on more than one line and I have to call and be on the phone for hours as well as go in store to resolve issues that should have never been created in the first place ! Definitely not impressed!!

Would have given less than one if possible. Worst customer service I ever received in my life. Who swears customer? Today that is 5th of may around 6 I went to buy a phone but the salesperson was really rude and was swearing and denied to give service, at the same time he called security guard and tried to kick us out. Will never ever visit again and would recommend not to visit if you respect yourself.

Worst experience ever...Waited for more than 45 minutes for a new connection. The executive, Brent was busy in his phone call and neglected me all the time. After waiting so long, i went to tbooth wireless, where I got my connection within 15 min.(same connection).Expecting better staff next time.
