MegaAuto has been taking care of my Mercedes for almost 4 years. When comes to parts they always come with the Genuine or OEM parts. Both Joe and Cedric understand clients' feelings. They fixed and prepared my car based on my budget. Great service and trustworthy.

I came here from the Facebook marketplace listing for a Toyota Corolla. I had talk to a gentleman over Facebook for the listing and when I came to the location, the price of the vehicle was 1000$ above online listing price. I had discussed about him the problem and he had started becoming passive aggressive. As we were talking, the salesman was hanging his mask below the neck and had to remind him and the conversation escalated very quick. He acknowledged the mistake they made on their end but was unwilling to talk about the vehicle as he said “this is the price, I’m not discussing anything more, if you have any problem then don’t take it”. These were examples of their poor customer service and didn’t even talk about their other options on the floor. I am dissatisfied as I had talked about the condition of the vehicle and the story differed on the location. This is when I had talked about the AC, online I was told that it didn’t have any problems and it was clean and the vehicle didn’t even have AC when I inspected it.

They have a very good customer service. They can help you no matter your situation it won't be a waste of time guaranteed. And there is alot of options all different range of prices. They ate also very reliable and trustworthy.

Run the Other way! They made me lose time and energy went to buy a car they told me would be 4500, once i got there the Guy told me that I Am the one who MISUNDERSTOOD!! Like I’m an idiot, these are very dishonest and unprofessional people! Don’t do business with them. I’m just reading there reviews and I’m glad I did not purchase anything there! Thank God!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a car there (they lied to me about parts that were fixed and replaced). Then after I returned it and they were supposed to call me back (which they never did) and have been avoiding me since. They even blocked my number.
